Mark from Top Mark exteriors was able to come on short notice and fix an issue after TWO other roofing companies, both came and said they could not help me with an active leak during a rainstorm (one of which lied and said my roof had failed and pressured me into a roof replacement). He investigated the problem by going on the roof and looking at the attic and was honest about the condition of my roof and also caulked the main issue. I am also an architectural professional and as a somebody in the building industry I highly recommend working with Top Mark after this experience.

From the start Mark was extremely informative about the process and helped me with any questions with my hail claim and than Mark and his crew did an outstanding job with the work from the demolition, install and clean up i would suggest Top Mark exteriors to anyone needing exterior services to their home.

I recently had my home exterior fixed up with new Hardy-Board siding, fascia and eves troughs and I am very pleased with the end results. Mark and Tamara from Top Mark Exteriors and the rest of the crew were so easy to deal with and communication was fantastic from the beginning of the project right till the end. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking at any exterior work renovations or upgrades.

Mark and his team did a complete roof, siding and windows renovation from the hail damage. From office Manager Tamara to the onsite crews, they were a great group of people to work with. Mark had awesome trim and detail ideas which made the end result outstanding. Very happy, would highly recommend Top Mark.

Exceptional company from start to finsh. 100% communication, efficient, very tidy, unlike alot of these other companies who have come.here to make money on the hail claims and hiring terrible help. A top rate company! They are very responsive, communicating with the homeowner continuously throughout the work being done.
