Miner’s in Yakima was a great stop. The building was spacious and very clean, including the dining area, drink station, and restrooms. The burgers were much bigger than I expected, which I definitely wasn’t mad about. The bun and vegetables tasted fresh, and the staff was attentive and friendly. They also have outdoor tables spread across a green lawn underneath the trees, which makes for a nice place to sit and eat. Overall, a solid experience with generous portions and a clean, comfortable atmosphere.

Miner's was a decent fast food lunch as we drove through Yakima. We were initially surprised by the prices being so high, however when we saw the portion sizes it made more sense (the portions are huge.)
The burger was fine, and the hot dog similarly okay. I thought they both needed more seasoning/were fairly bland. Fries were great though.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Miners in Yakima. In my opinion, this is definitely not a five-star restaurant, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t even rate it two stars.
A friend and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double Miner burger along with halibut and fries. The service was okay, but the food was very disappointing, especially for the price. We paid around $45, which feels extremely expensive for food that was below average.
The fries were overcooked, rubbery, and hard to chew. The halibut was also overcooked, dry, and not enjoyable at all. The tartar sauce did not taste homemade and seemed more like something from a bulk container or jar.
For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the meal was gross and not worth the price. I was not pleased with my visit, and I probably won’t be going back.

New favorite place!!! These burgers are the best!! They get the buns custom made and they are gigantic. Then the topping are layered and not at all stingy. My hubby and I both got blue cheese on the Miner's burger, it's literally the favorite burger of the decade, I think two decades actually. Now we did not do any ice cream but I watched them making a banana split that took me back to my childhood! This is my new favorite place!!! Full moon tonight and I'm probably gonna have to go howl at it after this. I had to go back on and tell them how much we loved it! Cause we got it to go and ate I'm the car. 💞🥰🤗💌😘💛🤩 Also my husband's and I are always watching how the kitchen moves because we don't like questionable cleanliness, and this huge staff was totally focused and on point with gloves and hair back! Thanks team!!!!!!!!!! We'll be back and next time we will not eat for a week before so I can get the banana 🍌 split too.

Miner’s Burger in Yakima is a true local classic that lives up to its reputation. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor, clearly made with quality ingredients and no shortcuts. Every bite feels satisfying, especially if you enjoy old-school drive-in style burgers done right. The fries are crisp and plentiful, and the milkshakes are thick, creamy, and perfect for rounding out the meal.
Despite how busy it can get, the service is efficient and well-organized, moving the line faster than expected. The atmosphere has a nostalgic charm that adds to the experience and makes it feel like a staple of the community rather than just another burger spot.
If you’re in Yakima and craving a hearty, no-frills burger with generous portions, Miner’s is absolutely worth the stop and easy to recommend.
