Worst experience on hair cuts, and I’ve had a lot of bad ones. I came in on Friday 2/13 - booked online, to start out they had no idea i booked, and i heard the girl who in the end cut my hair say “I want to try this time”, should have been the first red flag. The gown was tight on my neck, she ignoredme when i asked to loosen it and so i tried to myself. She had no idea how to even wrap my hair in a towel after washing it to walk back to the chair, and so my shirt ended up soaked. The only conversation she even pretended to try to have with me was to try to up sell different things (like a conditioning treatment) and that was all. The cut is so choppy, which i couldn't tell at the time because she didn't even give me a chance to answer anything during the appointment and started out cutting it way shorter than I had even shown her to. I cannot straighten it for work, its shorter than I wanted but i got over that, there is no shaping/layering or anything, so having thick curly hair naturally, it looks like a mushroom. I’ve cut my hair into the length requested a lot in my life, but having the layers this bad when i straighten it has NEVER been something i received before and I wish she would have asked if it was okay before styling it to the point I couldnt even tell to give an honest answer. I hate it so much i cry most of the time when i am trying to get ready and just trying to remember its hair and it’ll grow. don't go here, they weren’t all that friendly they seemed so nervous, and like they have no idea what they are doing i should’ve gone home but desperately needed a cut and regret it.

Got my first Keratin treatment with Megan today, and she did not disappoint!! From the haircut to the treatment she explained everything and gave such good advice on all things hair! She took her time and made sure everything was perfect!! Already scheduled my next appointment and can’t wait!

I’ve been with the same stylist for 20 years, and I must admit, I was a bit nervous to trust someone new with my hair transformation.

I’d give Kennedy 5 stars—not just for the results, but for the consultation too. She was so patient and let me change my mind a couple of times before we started. She explained the pros and cons and the whole process. I especially loved when she was curious about an idea she had; she’d call her boss to get her opinion. She was so creative and not afraid to show that she had my best hair interests at heart. She really understood my schedule, my routine, and what I wanted to achieve: a face that looked younger and more vibrant. She added volume in the right spots, lightened it up, and shaped it beautifully. I’m loving the Balayage and the play on a Chic Shabby. All this achieve my most important goals of keeping it long and bring the attention back too my eyes first.

I took my two daughters to get haircuts and color done by Miriam, and we had such a great experience! Miriam was amazing! She took her time to make sure their hair came out exactly how they wanted, and the results were beautiful! The whole salon was very professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. My daughters love their new looks, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I booked a deep conditioning today with Kennedy Elliott. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted with a cheerful “hello, how are you”. The salon was 10/10 on cleanliness. I was nervous trying a new salon, but after talking with Kennedy while she styled my hair I can confidently say I cannot wait to come back for my highlights! Everyone working in the salon was extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. I cannot recommend Milan Salon & Spa enough!
