I was feeling apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. Once I checked in, I quickly began to feel more at ease. The staff is very friendly. Sarah at the front desk, is so kind and professional. She never rushed me while I filled out the New Patient paperwork. Then Kathy called me back. She is very thorough and courteous. When Dr. Tran, the Dentist, came in and began my dental exam, she was amazingly gentle and knowledgeable. Dr, Tran recommended the best dental practices and procedures to help me really feel more confident about my smile, I had lost that positive feeling lately. Dr, Tran is gentle, genuine and very kind !!! I had a great experience at Brident Dental. They have a great team!!! I certainly would recommend Brident Dental. Dr. Tran and her staff are fabulous !!!! Thank you, Brident Dental… 😁💕

Honestly my initial 2 visits weren't too bad. This last one, was ugh. I had a 945 appt. I was pulled into the office and about 1045. Kid said we need to do xrays. I thought it was just a clean. Apparently it was my 6 mo follow up. Ok. No biggie. Then to the chair. 40 min later still nothing. I have a 1215 across town. I ask for someone, The office manager comes by apologizes. She just took over the office, everyone is new, the are behind and i had no choice bit to reschedule. Hope my next visit is a bit better.

The dentist did a great job. A beautiful job. The office staff are uneducated, unorganized and unprofessional. They have lost my appointment, made appointments for the wrong procedures, failed to file important billing information. They have no concept of accountability or how these mistakes impact the patient. Did I mention they never return a call? If I had to do all over again, I definitely would choose another dentist

Decent place but worst phone customer service. I've been going here for over a year. Never have they picked up when I called. I mean never, it always gets transferred to their call center. But conveniently when I'm there the phone never rings, nor doni seem them on the phone. Other than that, nothing special about this place. Have an appointment, never get seen on time, dentist looks at you for 1 min and then the techs take over. Pretty typical.
