I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Starbucks today. I placed my order and have been waiting for more than 20 minutes, but I still haven’t received my coffee. I understand that the store can get busy, but waiting this long for a coffee without any update or explanation is very frustrating.

I expected much better and more efficient service from Starbucks. It would have been appreciated if someone had at least informed me about the delay or provided an estimated wait time. I hope this issue can be addressed and that steps are taken to improve the service and communication with customers in the future.

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and this what I got!! The lady took for ever to give me my order and she was in a bad mood. 👎

Of all Starbucks i have gone to, so far this is one of the WORSE Starbucks i have ever been to. I only come to this Starbucks because its the closest one to where i live. They gave me my food cold and they always give me bad service. And they take forever to make 2 simple drinks, Please do better.

I am a usual patron of Starbucks, but after experiencing this location, I never want to spend money at Starbucks again! It would be one thing if this Starbucks had messed up just one time; however, it is time after time after time, they fail to provide any type of sensible service! There are many instances of me waiting up to 23 minutes to receive a mobile order that I had put in! I have waited in the hot sun for anyone to even open the window to ask for my order! This location has incompetent workers and Starbucks needs to address this ASAP or I do not foresee this location maintaining customers! I hope this review is taken seriously and something is done about the poor service!

The app itself sucks and almost lost my business as it doesn’t allow you to change the dairy options but I decided to use the drive thru and Ms. Yolanda was so nice and sweet in taking my order and went above to make my day!
