Im extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an expensive van table. The table arrived without proper mounting hardware. I will take some responsibility for not fully understanding what i was buying. This was a $200 bamboo cutting board basically. I called to talk about it and they dont even offer the proper mounting hardware. Very disappointed and to make matters worse they are making me pay a restocking fee. This is terrible. Read the descriptions very carefully. Lost a good customer!

Bad experience ever whit this store!!! BEWARE

I purchased a 70-liter Dometic refrigerator I pay 1200$ but I received the product in a box riddled with holes and dents. Furthermore, it was an "open-box" item—a fact that was not disclosed in the product listing—so I did not open the package itself. I immediately contacted the store to inform them that I did not want the refrigerator because the box was damaged. Josh Stahl, the manager, responded by telling me to open and use the product, because came with a one-year manufacturer's warranty—thereby absolving himself of any responsibility to assist me further. After three days of persistence on my part, he finally wrote back agreeing to accept the return, but only on the condition that I pay for the return shipping as well as a restocking fee. Very sad and ugly customer service

I had a really good experience with Rackupgo! First, good quality website and excellent products to build your van with. Second, shipping was fast with great communication and tracking information. Third, the customer service is top notch. I received my order in a timely matter, and hadn’t inspected anything until I was ready to start my install. My AC unit came in a different color than what I ordered and Josh in customer service promptly made it right by sending me the right color housing. Way to go, Rackup+Go!

Ordered a Warn VR EVO 12S winch and it was shipped super fast. Installed it and used it twice without any issues. Awesome customer service, fast shipping and great price. Would buy from again.
