This lady at the office is rude, she doesn’t answer the office phone, she no help at no questions. Who can we contact for better communication? They need to hire someone that is willing to take their time to communicate with their employees.

Honestly this agency is a complete joke, they know their job tickets and assignments are not worth your time and then they try making you feel dumb for explaining why you won’t be continuing with the assignment. All they focus on is making money off their contracts with the companies who need temps and when you report the job site for it being a unprofessional they get upset and treat you like you’re slacking off and lazy. When in reality you wanted to be courteous and inform them of the mistake they made by signing you up for a “warehouse” with 5 supervisors telling you 5 different instructions for said job. Don’t waste your time.

If you accepted a job here. Take a screenshot of all your job tickets. Keep a record of when you call them. Record all phone communications you have with them. Keep documentations of everything with them. This is the most troublesome branch I've dealt with. You will not get paid if you don't have your evidence. They added like 4 more women in the corona branch. But yet no one picked up the phone and they still claim they never received a voice-mail. People ready is a staffing agency. They get paid for our labor. If we don't work for them. They don't receive income. I guess they forgot what company they work for.
