After my last visit, a few days ago, I don't wish this place on anyone. I have had several visits so far at this office. First visit, I was a new patient, had a basic check up and X-rays done, and was given a treatment plan. During conversation at this initial visit, Dr Freel said I would need either an extraction or root canal. Alright, I take my treatment plan and start making appointments to get the deep cleaning done first. I will mention, the dental hygienist that I had was amazing! I had to split the cleaning into two visits. The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts or whatever. Not sure about the second cleaning appointment, but that was rescheduled 3 times. Other than the scheduling conflicts that was all whatever. Like I said, the hygienist that did the cleanings was great.
So let's step into the main concern, extreme unprofessionalism. I was given two shots to numb the area.. I was not numbed enough and needed two more. To which dr Freel blamed the fact that I'm a "red head" for me needing more shots than was already given. So that was off-putting.. especially considering I am not a red head and have brunette hair. I also feel I should mention some consideration should be had while administering these shots. Don't be making jokes with the assistant while telling me to not move because I have a needle in my gums. Above I had mentioned having a conversation about my treatment plan with Dr Freel. I have a couple smaller cavities that need filled by the one that needs the root canal. Nothing was mentioned about what teeth were being worked on, I was under the assumption the smaller ones for basic fillings would be done. I didn't think dr Freel was going to attempt to drill into a tooth that was already discussed to be removed or root canaled. I mentioned I was already getting some pain in the tooth in the initial visit. This is where everything turns into a nightmare, that I am currently dealing with, which all could've been avoided. Dr Freel drilled through what was left of the pulp of that tooth and drilled straight into my nerve. Talk about excruciating pain, even after being "numbed". There's a lot of issues I've left out due to not being as big of a deal as this. I am trying to get help with the situation I'm in, there is absolutely zero care, zero empathy. I left in worse condition than I came in. If you can only handle doing simple cleanings, then do that and refer out everything else "more extensive". Don't put people through hell like this.

My experience with Perfect Teeth as usual was disappointing and unpleasant. After several visits and problems with my crowns falling off that I paid for and very expensive they were very unreasonable and non reasonable to my concerns. Trying to make an appointment was impossible with no response to there call center on request to set an appointment and returning my call. I went to another dentist in their network and found that they didn’t make the crown right. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody in seeking a dentist to anyone. After seeking help for my oral health they didn’t have the dental doctor have a conversation with me. Further more they just wanted more money for the work I already paid
for. Because of their staffing issues they sent me to three different dentist offices and locations where is the consistency and the professionals we expect.

I had my first teeth cleaning visit with Dr. Freel. Dr. Freel was very kind gentle thorough in his evaluation and lettung me know what work needed to be done on my teeth. His dental hygienist was wonderful very gentle, thorough and accommodating. The office staff was friendly knowledgeable about checking my insurance to make sure what was covered and how much and then she scheduled my next visit. I give Dr. Freel, his hygenist that cleaned my teeth and the front office staff a 5 star 🌟 rating. If there were 10 stars 10 being the best rating I would have chosen a 10. I look forward to my next appointment.

I am so happy I found this place. The staff is so kind, comforting, and made me feel so welcomed even with all the work I need done not one time did I feel uncomfortable. Can’t wait to continue my teeth journey with this dentist and staff!! Took my son today and they were so great with him. Made him laugh feel good about himself and even educated him in a way that a preteen can understand and find cared for. 100% love it and recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area

Terrible experience. I was using Hilltop Dental in Thornton for years. It all went downhill when bought by Perfect Teeth. Appointments cancelled repeatedly. I finally had an appointment today at 2 that wasn’t cancelled before hand. I showed up at Hilltop 15 minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door that all appointments today had been moved to another location and to call that location and tell them I was on my way. I called and spoke to two people at the call center who both told me that the other location closes at 2. I asked how that is possible when my confirmation text from the dentist THIS MORNING told me they’d see me at 2. My appointment was looked up and they canceled it right after that text went out and NEVER TOLD ME! This is the second time I’ve actually taken time off work to go to the dentist and had it canceled. Never again! Stay far away.

Even this sign says the location is on 104th and Federal, but the address is for 104th and York. Which are MILES apart. The level of incompetence is staggering.
