Absolutely Outstanding — I Cannot Recommend Paul Davis Restoration Highly Enough

After a fire in the townhouse adjoining ours caused significant smoke to enter our home, we found ourselves dealing with a situation we had never experienced before. It was stressful, confusing, and overwhelming.

From the moment Paul Davis Restoration became involved, the difference was remarkable.

They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and—just as importantly—compassionate. They took the time to actually listen to our concerns, carefully assess what had been affected, and explain what needed to be done and why. At no point did we feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like just another job.

I especially want to recognize Cassandra, who was absolutely exceptional. She was responsive, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. During a very stressful time for my wife and me, having someone who communicated clearly and genuinely seemed to care made an enormous difference. What impressed me most was the professionalism and integrity of everyone we dealt with. They weren't interested in exaggerating the situation or recommending unnecessary work. They evaluated the conditions, explained what they found, and gave us straightforward professional recommendations about how the smoke and soot should be addressed.

It was extremely hard to watch my house and things go up in flames. To be honest I did not even notice Paul Davis arrive. But once I started to function a little bit Chris and Anthony was giving my family and I water and making sure we were ok. Chris even counseled me to not sign anything that day other than securing my house.

A couple days later my wife and I signed with Paul Davis to do the restoration of our home. The experience with them was amazing. They worked nearly flawlessly with my insurance (problem not being Paul Davis). I had heard horror stories of it taking years to get their houses completed. With them I got my house complete and inspected and moved back in, in JUST under a year. By 17 days.

Their team did have some changes during this period but the hand off was flawless and we never missed a beat. The staff were always friendly and respectful.

The Buffalo Paul Davis team was outstanding in customer service and knowledge at a very difficult time after a house fire. With their expertise and support we were able to have confidence in our home restoration. Highly recommend, don't try to do it alone!

We had a sump pump failure that flooded half our basement. Paul Davis got here in less than hour. Cleaned everything up and set up air movers and dehumidifier’s with in minutes. Ramon and Tyler very friendly and thoughtful about wearing protective coverings on their feet while in the house and also laid down protective mats when bringing in all the equipment. After they were done cleaning and setting everything up they walked us through what they did and how everything worked. An absolutely fantastic team. Thank you Paul Davis for helping us in a crappy situation.

In the unfortunate event of a flood, Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Buffalo is the only name that does or should come to mind. They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or facility until you are 100% satisfied. Sam is great to work with, and she is absolutely incredible and attentive! The Paul Davis team is highly recommended by me!
