The food is nothing to write home about. Especially given the price, I honestly have buyers remorse. Everything is basically add on, which costs more (even if you choose combo). There were also flies zooming around. Just not a good experience, and likely won't ever go back. For each their own.

Not sure what is wrong with place but fast it is not. We’ve been waiting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. We paid 18 minutes ago. They haven’t brought out the food for the people in front of us either. Absolutely unacceptable. Manager inside couldn’t care less when we went in to ask what was going on. Maybe it’s always like this!?!

Don’t waste your time. Drive to Salem instead - it will be faster.

This is the best service and experience we've had at a Burgerville, which are generally very good anyways. We came in tired and starving from a long day at the zoo and heading south. The cashier was smiling, happy to help with our strange kid orders (like a hamburger without the burger), and even wished us a safe trip when we left. We will remember this stop fondly!

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a side of rosemary shoestring fries. The burger was a little on the greasy side, but it was really good. I loved every bite. The rosemary shoestring fries were also very good. I've never had rosemary fries before. The rosemary taste went very well with the meal. I used Burgerville's special sauce for dip. It struck me as a mustard-based thousand island kind of sauce and I will order it directly on my burger next time. Great meal. I look forward to eating there again.

Love the sauce but the patties are soooo thin for the price! I asked for a water and sauce and the girl charged $75… that’s absurd. Literally still hungry after we ate here.
