We had a great experience demoing the bikes with the friendly sales team and decided to order them a few weeks later. Delivery was fast and easy. The bikes are well designed and comfortable and are priced very reasonably. Also a plus that the company is local.

As a longtime mountain biker, I wanted an e-bike to ride around town. I really appreciate how low maintenance this bike is. I don't need to check tire pressure before every ride and I don't have to worry about flats. It comes fully equipped with lights, and shocks. The ride is smooth and the pedal assist is great when I just want to get to my destination. I'm really enjoying riding it around downtown, getting groceries, and scenic rides along the Platte river trail. It's a great, high quality bike.

I love my BikaBahn bike! It was delivered to me the next day. My wife and I enjoy riding our bikes on the cherry creek trail. I really like the low maintenance aspect and not having to worry about getting a flat. Great bike design with innovative features!

We bought the BikaBahn 14 months ago and it was great until it wasn't - the battery started to deplete. It's been ridden a couple miles per day in a hilly neighborhood, weather permitting. We didn't change the battery settings but at almost a year in, we noticed it would need to be charged after about 6 miles. At that point we tried to change the battery settings but it didn't help and maybe made it worse. It's degraded since then and now the battery only lasts 2 miles before it dies so it's use is very limited. When we bought for $1600 there was only a 1 year warranty on it so we are out of luck as a new battery with shipping (tariffs) would be $999. Now there is a 2 year warranty on new bikes but doesn't apply to our purchase. We were offered a new bike for that price of $999 (vs $1299 new), however, that would mean we would have paid $2600 for the bike and perhaps it only lasts 3 years total. We do like the simple design and puncture proof tires but if we can't get a replacement battery for a reasonable fee, it becomes an expensive mistake. There are no gears (plus it's heavier than a normal bike) so the battery is a must to ride uphill.
