A year ago I gave 2 stars here because the speed was below average and the amount of sauce from the double sauce option was minimal, but I've revisited this place many times since then and as of today, everything has consistently been fantastic. Great staff, incredible food, and consistency all around. Props to the owner or management for making such great improvements happen, the Buffalo Wing Factory branches across Northern Virginia are my first in my happiness ritual. This is the location closest to me so I'm very glad about the upgrades as of late.

I bring all of my friends here at least once. Everybody needs to know about these wings, they are ethereal and unmatched. Quality of the chicken is absolutely peak, too. Makes you look down on any wings that any other restaurant will ever serve you again.

Truly, I recommend trying at least the "Peppery Parmesan" and "Fiery Garlic Parm" flavors with the double sauce option. Your life will not be the same.

100% Mediocre. Small wings, mid service, and dishonest staff. I visited on "Wing Wednesday". Seems they weren't prepared for the very mild rush they experienced. The restaurant was at about 75% capacity, and it took 15+ minutes to get my wings. On top of that, they were cold when they arrived. I told the waitress about them, and she said she'd take them off the bill. When the replacement wings arrived, they were only slightly better. Way overcooked, not enough sauce, and yet still some were cold, telling me that they mass-cook these early on "Wing Wednesday" then reheat them when orders come up. That is a really poor way to run a business. If you don't have the staff or kitchen capacity to run a special, then stop running the special. A half-hearted attempt is going to show through all of the BS. After all of that, the waitress then charged me for the wings anyway! Umm, what!?!? Didn't we already have a conversation about that, during which you told me you'd remove the wings from my bill? So...

She ended up removing them from the bill and earned herself a tip.

All-in-all, I wouldn't give this spot a try. It's really just not worth the hassle or time to try to get decent wings. They'll certainly disappoint you..

Food and service was wonderful! I went with some friends on a Saturday night and got right in. The service was fast and friendly. I am gluten intolerant and got a burger with fries and a gluten free bun. We also ordered the pan of nachos which were sooooo good. Absolutely would recommend and return!

P.s. my friend has trouble with spice and the chicken on the nachos was too hot for her( kind of a buffalo heat). I thought it was really good and not that hot, but it might be rough for those with IBS

Ordered a 10 piece traditional wings with garlic parm, only 1 wing had the sauce on it . The rest were dry and lacking flavor. Upon looking at the receipt, they also charged $1 for packaging. As expensive as they are, this should be included with the price. The pizza was ok very small and almost $20 as well. Would not recommend it, in my opinion.

Parking can be challenging given the number of stores in the small strip mall, undersized parking lot. BWF's atmosphere is somewhat Spartan, approximately that of an independent diner. The place has approximately five televisions to watch sports, two of which are poorly placed for viewing across the room. This is an issue if you can't get seated by the game you desire to watch. It was difficult to get the service staff's attention to order, get condiments, or drink refills, even though I was sitting at the bar. The bartender was more interested in disappearing into the kitchen or by the front door to surf their phone and talk to other staff. I tried two flavors of traditional wings, lemon pepper and spicy honey BBQ. The wings were cooked, slightly over cooked and dry. This was more pronounced in the dry rub lemon pepper wings. I like bold flavor, but the Old Bay tots were severely over seasoned; I could not eat them even after trying to drench them in ketchup. I like to try and support independent restaurants. However, I won't be returning to this establishment.

My recent visit for lunch was marked by a prompt and welcoming greeting, with flexible seating available. The standard of service remained excellent. I ordered the all-flat wings served with crinkle fries. The preparation of the wings was notably successful; they were perfectly crispy while also being adequately sauced. Both the Spicy Ranch and the seasonal flavor I sampled exhibited a high-quality taste profile. A thoroughly satisfying experience.

Walked in for lunch and was promptly greeted and told to sit where I'd like. Service was great. Ordered all flats on crinkle fries. Not only were the wings crispy but they were sauced well. I had the spicy ranch and their flavor of the month and both tasted great.

Buffalo Wing Factory Sterling is my go to place for anything wings. My last visit was absolutely fabulous. Nas A was an amazing server as he made sure to give us enough time to figure out our order and was there anytime we needed something. The manager Jessica was also super sweet.

Onto the food! We always start off with the loaded fries because they make the best loaded fries we've had anywhere. My husband and I also got their boneless wings. My husband got the cool ranch dry rub and the lava ranch while I just got the spicy ranch. Their boneless is great because it's easy to eat without the mess. I typically get their traditional because they are nice and crispy, but today I didn't feel like getting my hands messy so it's nice to have that option. We also got their brownie sundae. The warm brownie paired with the ice cream is just a great combination.

We will definitely be back as they never fail to satisfy our wing cravings.

Ordered take out wings , not the best experience. Taste was ok on the honey Bbq but the teriyaki sauce was just poured in box not on the wings. Cauliflower has nice taste but for $7 you think you would get at least 1/2 of a cauliflower. Overall a miss

Our food was ok. 10 wings, $18 any extra sauce or ranch was $1.50. We felt like more sauce was needed for sure. The wings were typical. Basically an upscale BW3's, without as many options or tv's.

The large basket of fries were adequately shared among the 4 of us.

$3.95 for a glass of tea 🤔

We didn't get bar vibes, nor did we get upscale restaurant vibes, just an average wing spot with a decent choice of upscale brews ( some local, some not).

We likely won't remember this spot when we return next summer, as there are alot of choices in the area that host wings as good, if not better for similar prices or less.

Decent wings. Meat quality in the wings is good, sauce selection is impressive and my delivery was packaged perfectly with some actual care and thought put into it. Buffalo Hot was about a medium amount of heat but really buttery. Peppery Parmesan didn’t have enough of either flavor but still was good. The sides I ordered (bulgogi Brussel sprouts and simple salad) were really fresh and the perfect portion. Would return again if only to try the other wing flavors on offer.

** 2nd update well i used the gift card they gave me to prder agian. So disappointed. Chicken fingers over cooked, bonelesschucken wings over cooked, fries soggy. Sad I use to love their food but whom ever is cooking is not good and making them lose business***Update to my review. The manager reached out to me and apologized and made it right. You don't see that very often and I was impressed. So I will be changing one area of the stars. When I order again, and I will, I will update accordingly.***Ordered 3pc chicken tender. It was burnt. Tried all three pieces to see of it was just one that was dry, chewy and nasty but nope. Fries where not salted and also over cooked. On a positive it was hot, lol

I recently visited the Buffalo Wing Factory and overall, my experience was just okay. The food was average and didn't really stand out to me. The service was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which was appreciated. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. There was also a bar on site for those who wanted to enjoy a drink with their meal. The restaurant also offers carryout and delivery through various apps, which is a nice option for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home. All in all, I would recommend the Buffalo Wing Factory if you're looking for a casual dining experience with decent food and service.
