One of their drivers tried to cut my husband and I off going into a construction zone. He didn't make it and had to get behind us. When the construction zone ended, he passed us and threw something out of his window, denting our truck. Total jerk. Cops called and company contacted. I really hope this guy gets fired. He has no business driving. What's his next plan: kill somebody?

Do not deal with this company if you don’t want to waste your time. I waited 6 hours for loading, and it turned out the cargo was sitting out in the cold at the port. After that, the broker canceled the order and paid only $150. A whole day and a lot of nerves wasted!!!! 😡

They short-paid our company by $200. The driver was supposed to pick up an OD load, but the shipper loaded him with legal dimensions instead. After we realized the issue, the shipper said they would not reload the trailer and that we should proceed with the legal load. The broker initially wanted to deduct $500 from the rate, but we agreed—via email confirmation—that he would deduct only $300. However, after we received the payment, he still deducted $500 and said there was nothing he could do about it.
