Short staffed. Took 45 min to get served. Slim Jim was never grilled, just a regular sandwich. Fish sandwich, fries and onion rings were good. Place is very dated.

The food was good. We visited on a late Sunday morning and they were very busy. Our waitress apologized for the delay as they were also short staffed. She was thoughtful and would come over to her tables explaining the wait might take longer than usual and kept the beverages filled while we waited. Yes, it took a while to get our food but the staff were really busy clearing tables, delivering food to tables, seating and checking out customers. Their hard work was appreciated. It's one of the few Big Boys in the area. You may wait a bit, but it was worth the wait.

Bob's big boy haven't been to one's in years. Still tastes the same great food. The service was great. It was all the way around , great.

Omggggg God is the greatest. Kaila my server was the best I've truly had. She was beyond attentive, wonderful smile and remind me of a home diner. Her wonderful manager came out and asked was everything wonderful and that made my heart even more full. Then they played really good music and the food was beyond the best. Was sad about my Father's death and Kaila, Ariel and Milton hugged me as if I was there family. I'm telling y'all please go support them. 100 STARS WILL BE BACK VERY SOON. I grew up in Michigan and always went to big boy probably once a week. It was a great experience in the food was excellent. Now living in Florida I miss the taste of their hamburgers and the spaghetti. I recently had the opportunity to go to Cleveland and was excited to hear that there were two big boys there. I went to both of them one for breakfast and one for lunch, but this restaurant was the worst experience so I’m leaving a review here. First off I’ll never understand why Ohio serves tartar sauce on their hamburgers, it’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of, I ended up putting French dressing on mine and made it edible other than the fact that it was burnt and just not like the hamburgers used to be. For dinner I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and yes, it still tasted the same but my bread didn’t come out until after I was done with the spaghetti, it’s ridiculous. Also, it took an hour and 10 minutes for us to get in and get out even though they weren’t that busy. The whole time we heard two waitresses arguing very loudly, it was like a clown show. They had the air conditioning turned up so high that the waitresses were sweating all over their faces, and when I wanted the famous hot fudge cake Sunday, they said oh we don’t have any ice cream, although she was able to scrape about two spoonfuls out so I had a taste of it. They tried putting big boys in Florida about 20 years ago and that was a big failure because of the lack of customer service. Whoever owns big boy now I wish they would step up. They could really change this restaurant back around and make it a good place but for now I’ll never go back.
