They turned out perfect! Exactly what I envisioned and arrived as expected. Will definitely order again!

We just got home from the wedding reception where we used these napkins. The guests were very impressed with custom napkins and the bridge and groom were so happy to have such nice personalized napkins. I think I need to design more for our everyday use!

I placed an order for over 350 mugs for a conference in mid December. They forgot to put my order into production, so when it didn't arrive on the guaranteed date, I reached out. Turns out, they didn't even start it.
I get it, mistakes happen, the one-star review is because they did a absolutely terrible job making up for it. They told me that even though there were still 8 days till the conference, they just couldn't make the order in time. They didn't provide any meaningful solution, just lots of apologies.
I continued to pry them, asking if there were other products that could make it in time, or what other options we had -the best they offered was to send us blank mugs?
In our desperation, we nearly agreed, until they only offered to take $200 off of a $2100 order. Mind you, this is for blank mugs that did not include the logo.
In the end, they offered to take a little bit more money off after a very contentious phone call where I questioned their customer service and desire to do business with our nonprofit. Luckily, we found a business that was interested in working with us and meeting our goals in time frames.
I don't recommend them, and I won't be working with them again. I was extremely disappointed in the response to their mistake.
If you do place an order, I would certainly check in on it in the days after you place the order to make sure they actually start producing it.

I don't believe this is a legitimate company. I am getting a huge runaround about an order I made 2 months ago. First I was told my order was delayed in customs which doesn't make sense for a debossed napkin order. They finally agreed to give me a refund, but they will"let me know when it's processed". Do not trust this company. I'm very disappointed that I fell for the lovely website. Beware

Rarely do I review businesses, but this has been a remarkably terrible experience. I do want to acknowledge and thank the customer service represenatives who spoke to me on the phone throughout this process.
I placed an order on Friday 3/14 with guaranteed delivery on Friday 3/21. I specifically chose Custom Napkins Now because of their guaranteed delivery feature. I approved the design proofs the same day that I placed the order.
I ordered 1000 napkins (an almost $400 order) - 250 napkins of 4 different designs.
Over the weekend, I received a photo of a printed napkin to reapprove the design. Still don't know why I would need to approve a secondary proof, but I'm glad I did! The original design was altered - words were aligned differently, the border was moved, and there was a spelling typo in the word "birthday." Welp. Again, these were not flaws in the designs I uploaded, but were changes implemented by their design team.
I asked that they fix the typo and revert to the original design. Simply put, I just wanted what I uploaded to be printed. I also asked to see printed out proofs of the remaining three designs, since I now felt I needed to check for spelling typos. These reapprovals, of course, slowed the guaranteed delivery date - again, I was not asking for changes to my original design. I just wanted the image I had uploaded to be printed.
The day before my guaranteed delivery, I was still receiving emails from various people from the design team: Norman, Ausnie, Rainier, Franz, Michael, and Andrew. There was zero consistency between communication, and I was receiving rounds of proofs that did not reflect previous edits.
I finally called their phone number to clarify the issues with a manager or someone from the design team. The customer service rep who had access to the design proofs shared an incorrect design - confirming my suspicions that production did not have the accurate designs. I still do not understand why the simple design I uploaded was edited by their design team before printing.
I was told a manager would return my phone call by the end of the business day. Custom Napkins are located in Texas. I checked in at 5pm local time, and was told all the managers had left for the day. I received a voicemail at 8:40pm local Texas time from a manager named "Sean." I returned his phone call the next morning - only to learn that there is no manager named Sean.
Today is the date of my guaranteed delivery, and the napkins have still not reached production. I have been on hold for over an hour waiting to be put through to anyone who has the authority to help resolve the design issue. At this point, I don't even believe a person with authority exists at this company.
For a service that advertises guaranteed delivery dates and easy design interface - this has been anything but legitimate. I still haven't gotten accurate designs, let alone napkins delivered. And I'm still on hold. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered 24 custom pens for my business. As soon as we started to use the pens, the lettering started to flake off. I had to prove this to customer service by sending a photo. It wasn't enough, they wanted more photos and even asked for a video. The video wasn't good enough. I had to line up all the pens and take another video. I sent another video showing how easily the lettering flaked off by simply running my nail over the letters. They finally said, they would do a refund, but I would have to ship the pens back at MY expense, as per their policy. It seems they are in the business of anticipating returns because it is stated over and over that they will not cover the shipping costs. I never even read the return policy because I would not have anticipated that the items would be such poor quality. Why would I have to pay to return defective items? Why weren't the multiple photos and videos enough to just warrant a refund without having to ship ANYTHING back?? What are they going to do, try to sell these customized defective pens to someone else? Any business that creates a policy of having to pay to return the company's defective items aren't in the business of actual customer service. Not when they punish the consumer. Terrible business model. Filed a complaint with the BBB.

I'm not someone who typically writes reviews. This is the third review I've ever written in my life, but I found this to be a really negative experience. I was trying to decide between Light Blue and Haze Blue for printing. As directed by customer service, they told me to create two proofs and then cancel the one I didn't want.
After getting photo examples of the colors, I decided on Haze Blue. They sent me the following email:
"We would like to inform you that the cancellation of the Light Blue Napkin has been successfully completed. Kindly proceed with the payment for the Haze Blue Napkin by utilizing the proof link provided below."
I've attached a screenshot of the proof they shared. Even though it said "Light Blue" in the colors, I assumed it was Haze Blue given the swatch, the HEX code, the background color of the napkin, and the email communications that the Light Blue had been cancelled.
So I get my napkins, they're the wrong color, they're Light Blue. When I send an email to customer service, they send a screenshot of a different proof than the one I approved. They said:
"If you will need the correct fixing color with the design needed, a cost may apply which is similar to a new order."
I feel that, pretty objectively, the error was on their side. I know nobody will take the time to read and decode all this, but yeah. That sucked. They sucked. I'm annoyed. Whatever.

Napkin quality is better than expected. Looks exactly as the proof did. Would have arrived on time except for the winter storms going on in the southern part of the States which is no fault of the company. I would order more products from Custom Napkins Now.

We ordered custom napkins for an event, and we were guaranteed a delivery date of two days before the event. We were given a proof at 5PM, and approved that proof at 7AM. The napkins were delivered two days after the event and three days after the day they were "guaranteed". I reached out to the company and was told that I could have HALF my SHIPPING fee back for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? 48 dollars of a 165 dollar order, that is now useless as it came two days late.
Not for nothing - regardless of the delivery - I wouldn't have used these napkins at my event anyway - they're yellowed on the edges & my clients deserve better. Here's a pic. Enjoy.
