The professional staff is attentive to cleaning the restaurant and Daniel brings a relaxing vibe. I was able to sit, eat and send a few emails. Oh the food is fresh too. My go to for a healthy fast food option.

The one by my place went out of business. I think this brand chain sucks.

Came in and they were busy so I went to the rest room. They were still busy with the same drive thru.

I waited for another 5 mins. Still no service.

Drove next door to canes and I ordered, paid and had my food within 3 mins.

Originally we were on my way to go grocery shopping, but then I seen Pollo Loco. We ordered 8pc chicken with 2 sides. It’s was a tasty dinner and that avocado salsa 100/10 :)
I wish I had a before picture but as soon as it got to the table it was gone :P

I’m not sure of the manager’s name, but I do believe it’s Hector or Hermano. I have to say, he has the absolute BEST PERSONALITY, and CUSTOMER SERVICE you could experience‼️He always makes sure to give you fresh, hot food, and he can definitely make the BEST SWEET TEA you ever had. When he’s not there, I unfortunately have to say the food can be a ‘hit or miss’, but when he’s there, you’re guaranteed to have the best experience and food ever! Continuing on, I do think the establishment could use an upgrade, especially on ‘lobby cleanliness’. Sometimes younger workers (not all), skip steps when it comes to truly cleaning the lobby areas, and some days it shows when you go inside to order and eat. All in all, I do recommend this location for some of the best chicken, sweet tea, and avocado sauce ever!

My first time eating at El Pollo Loco!🌮
The food was delicious and made well!
The horchata was super yummy too!

The employee was very patient with us deciding what we wanted to eat and helped me get exactly what I wanted other than lime because they were out of stock.🍋‍🟩

Tacos Al Carbon were amazing and exactly what I was craving especially after asking for the shredded chicken on them instead!
The mashed potatoes & gravy are good too!

If we’re ever back in Texas again we’ll be sure to stop by again!🐓
