Amazing. Our server Sunny helped us navigate the best options for our desired spice levels and went way above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. There was a good mix of spicy and mild but all dishes were flavorful and delicious. 10/10 would recommend. I’m not 70 by the way I just write like a pleased grandma.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration with family and friends at Kanishka Cuisine of India and as always, it was an amazing experience! This has been our favorite go-to restaurant for lunch, dinner, and even takeout for many years now. The food is consistently delicious, flavorful, and always served fresh.
We especially loved the Paneer Tikka, the drinks, dum chicken starters, and the sweets everything was absolutely tasty and full of authentic flavors. Every dish is prepared so well, and the quality has remained excellent over the years.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to celebrate special occasions with family and friends. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel comfortable and valued.
We have created so many beautiful memories here over the years, and this restaurant continues to be one of our favorite Indian dining places. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Indian food, great service, and a lovely dining experience.

my go to place for Indian food. High quality food, especially the butter chicken and garlic naan. I’ve been trying to expanding my food selections here with biryanis and lamb curry, and so far they all have been decent.
The restaurant is spacious and clean.

We often visit this restaurant and it has been consistently serving good and delicious food. The spice levels are well adjusted to cater wide variety of pallets. We ordered Aloo tikki chaat and veg pakoras with chai as starter. They were amazing and to our surprise, there was a free refill of chai. For main course we ordered daal tadka, saag paneer and laccha parantha. Am the food and service was really great.
Be mindful in ordering laccha parantha as the size was pretty large.

First welcome meals after we arrived in Seattle.
Authentic Indian cuisine centrally located at Redmond shopping center.
Enjoyed delicious harabbara kabab, paneer handi and angara butter chicken. Cheese goat paratha and butter garlic nan were just awesome.
Both the dishes were extra loaded with butter. Staff was courteous.
Overall nice experience.

Went here at 3 PM on a Wednesday and I have to say it was a great experience!
First off, we were one of only two tables there. After the other family left, they switched the music from Indian to nonstop Nirvana played at just the right volume. Nice touch.
Our server was great. Not over the top and genuinely friendly. He served me a Bodhi in a nice glass along with a perfect amount of food. My wife also really enjoyed her cocktail.
The food did take a little while, but honestly it just gave me time to enjoy my beer, get comfortable in the restaurant, and be fully ready to get my grub on.
I ordered two orders of garlic naan, bone in chicken biryani, and the tikka lamb. The biryani was FALL OFF THE BONE tender, and the tikka lamb was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice. I was seriously impressed, and it was my wife’s first time having Indian food.
Needless to say, this place is great and I can’t wait to come back.

The hara bhara kebab was delicious. The bullet naan was very good but quite spicy—probably the best I’ve had. The Mughlai paneer was creamy and a little too sweet for my liking, so I didn’t enjoy it as much. The coconut chicken curry, on the other hand, was very flavorful and really good overall.

I visited this place recently after seeing some confusing news online, so I wanted to experience it myself. In reality, the restaurant is clean, well managed, and has an Excellent food safety rating from King County Public Health, which is clearly displayed.
The food was really good. I especially loved the sizzlers, baingan bharta, and in desserts the shahi tukda was amazing. The chikoo shake is a must-try.
Overall, my experience was very positive. It’s important not to believe everything that goes viral on social media. I would definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

Delicious North Indian food. Vegetarian entrees are $19-20, veg appetizer was $15-18, naans were very pricey at $6.50. Quantity was less but very delicious food. Complimentary rice alongside helped bulk up.
We were celebrating a birthday so we also got a complimentary piece of rasmalai. Order total was $95 excluding tip. We were quite happy with the tasty food and excellent service & we will return again for our next celebration.

Kanishka’s menu is packed with traditional Indian recipes! With a vast array of options, vegetarians, and non vegetarians alike will find plenty of love. The service can be a bit rushed. Be prepared for attentive and speedy service. The maximum waiting is 30 minutes!
Convenient location. Don’t hesitate if you’re in the Redmond area !

A bunch of friends and I were craving Indian cuisine so we came here. We ordered lamb samosas, cauliflower, vanilli beef and goat, cheese and plain rotis, fish saag, paneer biryani.
The appetizers were good, our favorite was easily the cauliflower, great sauce and doesn't taste like vegetables at all. The samosa was ok, was lacking a little bit in the spices and flavor but not bad.
Our main dishes were all very good. Our favorite was probably the paneer bryiyani. Really good flavor and the paneer was fresh. The fish saag I also recommend, goes really well with the roti, almost like fish in chutney sauce. Probably our least favorite item was the vindaloo. They had large pieces of bone on the meat so it made it hard to eat and I wasn't big on the sauce. What kind of dragged it down is it was not spicy hot like we wanted, maybe because we're white LOL, but we like it spicy hot and the level 4 was unnoticeable.
Overall a great place to get Indian food in the Seattle area, probably come back again when we crave it. I still think Vancouver BC has the best but this is a close second.

Really great Indian food, we enjoyed everything we ate! We got a chicken dish and a paneer dish, Naan and roti. Service was great and we loved it all. we will definitely be coming back.
The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. There's parking in front of the restaurant but it's limited.

This place is hands down one of the best Indian spots in the area! Great value for money with generous portions and top-notch quality. We tried the dal makhani and rice—both were absolutely delicious. The menu is vast with plenty of options to choose from, catering to every palate. The service is excellent, the place is usually full and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. If you’re craving Indian food, this spot is a must-try. You can even customize the spice level to suit your taste—highly recommended!

The dinner was a fantastic experience, with flavors that truly stood out. The spice levels were just right, adding a perfect kick to every bite. The mango lassi was magnificent—refreshing, creamy, and bursting with flavor. And the butter chicken? Absolutely out of this world, rich, tender, and perfectly balanced in its spices.
The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening even more enjoyable. However, the experience wasn’t flawless. The furniture was uncomfortable, making it hard to fully relax, and unfortunately, the dessert was a huge letdown—bland and uninspired, a disappointing end to an otherwise incredible meal. Would I come back? Absolutely, but I’d skip the dessert!
