We were shopping for a good used car when we entered Twin Falls cars and rental. We were immediately greeted by Abiezer, who answered questions, responded quickly to requests and was very pleasant and respectful to us. Upon making a decision, Kyra was quick to find answers, make phone calls for additional information and worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed. Kyra went above and beyond to make this car purchase a more pleasant experience than any previous purchase experience. Highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a good used vehicle.

I frequently rent cars and learned about this option as an alternative to Enterprise. I had an excellent experience being greeted by Evelyn and Oakley who are prompt, professional, and friendly. They are a great face for the company and built rapport quickly. They are clear with all the necessary information and I left with a great car, great information, and will definitely utilize this resource again.

Rented a 2024 Chevy Trax for a 5-day adventure.

Vehicle was in top shape. No hassles in rental process, great communication they are very transparent and easy to understand and explain things they are local.

My rental was unlimited miles they helped me get the extra insurance through the third party that I needed at a very reasonable price. The car was more than ready when I got there parked inside with my name on it checking out to get going was really easy. The car had a full tank of gas and was clean.

They expect you to do the same thing for the next people and of course I'm going to do that.

I needed a little bit of assistance during my rental I need to add someone to the contract and the beautiful ladies were right there ready to help. I would give my experience at 10 out of 10 if I could from now on every time I rent a car it will be through this place right here.

Very happy with the customer service and experience this team has. My husband and I just wanted to look around and see which vehicle our baby's car seat would fit into better, as we were unhappy with our current vehicles. Ended up putting it in a 23 Tahoe and trading both of our vehicles in. While buying a car is difficult, having a baby makes it 10x harder. The team was very accommodating and held our little one so we could sign papers and get out of there! Couldn’t ask for better service and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Thanks to Ana, Mike, Kyra and Bre, we have a sweet new rig to take care of our family. Can’t wait for the many adventures we will be able to take now without all being squished into a small car.
