I enjoy using the PetVet clinic. The staff are always friendly. I have one complaint however. They have started offering online pre-registration but then completely ignored that process when they arrived at the location and people were already in line. Instead of informing them that there were people who pre-registered that were in front of them, they served those people first making those of us who pre-registered wait longer. This was very frustrating and disappointing.
