I came into BurgerFi for the first time recently and honestly never knew the place existed since I don’t live super close by. I was super impressed with the atmosphere and the style of the restaurant! Very cool design and very modern but still welcoming. The menu is extensive but not too big at all. I decided to order an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with a fried egg in it as well as a drink. This burger made me second guess everything that I previously believed burgers could be! I can’t begin to describe the flavor or how juicy it was without being soggy. The other thing I love was that unlike many restaurants, they weren’t skimpy with the ingredients! The patties were large and there was tons of bacon on it! Well well worth the price and I’ll be coming back and telling everyone I know.

The food was delicious, but the young lady at the front with the curly hair could use some training in customer service. When I arrived, there was a mistake on my food order. My name wasn’t on it. This wasn’t her fault, but when she tried to find my food, she opened and pried through all the food and boxes, which was unhygienic.

To make matters worse, my sauce was missing. I went up to the counter to ask for it, but instead of getting it, she started grabbing for my food. She wanted to take a look at my receipt as if I was trying to get over on her and proceeded to tell me me that the sauce wasn’t on the receipt, but she would still get one anyway. The sauce was on the receipt and I’ve included a picture as well. She also seemed to have an attitude?

Both of these situations were minor but the worker made the exchange unpleasant. I don’t understand why she would have an attitude about the restaurant mistakes and lie about the sauce, but like I said… good food!

The food was really good, and I loved that they had halal options. The portion size was decent – I left satisfied but not stuffed.

The atmosphere is a 10/10 – it's not your typical modern look, but they decorated it with a FIFA theme which made it super fun. Great spot to catch the vibe.

Big shoutout to the guy who took our order – super nice and polite, made the whole experience better. Definitely coming back.
