John Gaio was a phenomenal realtor, he went above and beyond for us. We interviewed several realtors and decided to hire John because of his marketing strategy, dedication to his work-he was always available to us, and the amount of one on one face time he gave us to explain and review every detail of the sale our property. John spent hours of his time with us, on two separate occasions, before we even decided to hire him.
