UPSALE MODEL. Everything is verified with proof. They came out 4 times and couldn’t figure out how to fix my AC. Water dripping into emergency drain pan. House is less than 10 years old. All they did was sell me on an unnecessary line clean. Not to mention they didn’t even clean up after clearing the line.

After, they claim it was plumbing issue and couldn’t fix it. This is logically and physically is incorrect. A different HVAC company came out and fixed it in one visit.

This is the most irresponsible and incompetent HVAC company in town. Completely clueless. Bumbling idiots.

I recently had my AC unit replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain all of my options before starting the work. The installation was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were finished.
Since the replacement, my home has been cooling much more effectively, and I've already noticed improved comfort and energy efficiency. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC replacement or HVAC services. One star is too many for what my family experience with this unreliable company😡
My warranty company sent this company to my home to repair one of my air conditioning units. A month later they not only made the matter worse, they sabotaged the second unit and said we will have to request another company because they couldn’t fix it. Without air in Houston 1 whole month…
This is an unprofessional company!!! Inexperience workers, not reliable, don’t respond to your calls, and not honest.
Thank God I still have a home. The new company showed my husband and I all of the mistakes that were made, even one major which could have cost a fire in our home…

RUN…. Take your business elsewhere!!!🙂‍↕️

Five stars for Tommie! He came out to repair my AC today and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it right the first time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. This was arranged by my home warranty but It's such a relief to have the AC running smoothly again. If you use this company, definitely ask for Tommie!

Tommy was the technician that they sent out! He was very thorough and very professional. He found the issue right away but didn’t stop there! Our system failed, they were able to do a full heat & AC system replacement, communication was easy and they got us back up and going on one of the coldest weeks of the year. Definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

10 of 10 would not recommend using this company based on my experience with them on my Home warranty.

The technician that was dispatched arrived and seemed extremely heat exhausted from his prior job. I offered him some cold water as it was extremely warm outside at the beginning of August. I described the issue and he pulled out his gauges and began testing the compressor. Everything was normal. He went into my attic and spent a long time there performing more testing. He then came back outside and redid the tests on the compressor unit outside. After spending 2 to 3 hours looking at my unit and checking my breaker box he still could not find the reason for the failure. His diagnosis was that the board on the compressor was fried. Co collected the 75$ for the service call, said he would send his report to the warranty company to see what they said for the replacement or repair and left.

I was not given a receipt. I was also not given a copy of his service report. I also cannot obtain a copy of his service report from my warranty company. My AC did not get repaired for 21 days in August due to the service technician's actions. He falsely claimed in his service report that I told him that I had a power surge and because of his false claim in writing on his service report) my warranty company denied my claim. I contacted another company (Economy Air Service). Their technician did a wonderful job. It turns out that the ECM Blower motor and control board needed to be replaced. This was contrary to what the original tech from 24/7AC had described as the solution. My AC worked fine after Economy Air Service fixed it at a reasonable price. These parts both had to be ordered and took a few days to come in before they could be installed.

In summary:
The technician could not find the issue and therefore came up with a potentially incorrect service solution.
The Service Technician Incorrectly diagnosed the issue.
He made false claims about things I said in his written service report to the warranty company (libel).
He did not provide a viable repair solution for the issue as proven by the second company's repair.
Due to the service technician's actions I was left in a heat endangered position for an extended period of time without recourse of escape from heat without extensive financial outlay (endangerment).
The technician did not provide me with a written receipt for his services or copy of a service report. Both of these practices should be huge red flags.

Jason was the 25 Seven AC, LLC technician. He arrived before my scheduled time which was great. Jason was polite. professional and courteous. After I explained the AC symptoms, he diagnosed the problem, replaced a bad capacitor and BAM, cool air flowing. Jhonatan Did a great job and super fast. Initially, my warranty company assigned me to service squad and they did a horrible job. I begged for them to reassign me to this company and thank God they did. Whereas it took Service squad four different visits to work on my AC with poor customer service, this company got it right the first time.

Jason our repair representative did a fantastic job. He helped us troubleshoot which a/c unit was the issue. Then he he told us that their was a bad capacitor, and that he already replaced it through our warranty. He was super fast, very polite, had a sense of humor, and he was dog friendly. 10/10 would call again.

Mr. Jose for 24 Seven was fantastic. He was professional, arrived on time, and quickly solved my problem. He came in took the temperature of my AC vents, then went immediately to my attic. In less than 10 minutes the problem was diagnosed: A clogged primary drain line. In minutes he had the clogged line cleared! Wow! I was blown away. He rechecked the temperature of my air vents. The temperature went from 75 to 63 degrees! I felt the change immediately! Because of his quick ability to diagnose my issue, I am enjoying the rest of my Sunday! We had to have our AC looked at thru our home warranty. Joe came out and his customer service was exceptional. He was very patient with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We now have to wait for the Warranty to make a determination, knowing that Joe was very thorough in his assessment. We will definitely be using him and recommending them to friends in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. 24seven was the service provider for a home warranty AC repair I had done, I had two of their techs out to my house - one to diagnose the failure and one to install. Both techs were fantastic, and the guy running the office was excellent too. Two thumbs up, zero complaints. I rarely post reviews but I had to express what a great job 24 Seven AC did on replacing my AC unit. Our AC went out the evening of July 3rd. A technician was out diagnosing the problem on the morning of July 4th.A new unit was approved and ordered and 3 days later I had a new unit. The technicians were fantastic and explained all of my questions and made great recommendations to my insurance. Communication with office and sales staff was almost immediately after sending a text or email. I highly recommend 24 Seven AC.

Please do not use this company for your AC repair service. Home warranty companies please take note too. They really are dishonest and deceptive in the work they do, according to our experience with them.
Here is what happened to us. Through our home warranty company they were assigned to us on a “ priority basis” and we truly appreciated them coming late in the evening on the same day to assess our living room AC system which had stopped working. My 80 year old husband was also very appreciative of them, to have stopped by so late, and we thanked them profusely for that.
Then the trouble started: The technician assigned to us, said his name was “ Joe” when we asked him what it was after offering him a drink. He politely accepted it and started on his work by first checking the thermostat and then going outside to check on the compressor unit. Next he ran some tests on that unit and said he thought there was a leak in the system but he will need to go into the attic and check the evaporator coil upstairs, to be sure. Ran some more extensive tests and came back and told us, yes there was a mechanical failure because there was a leak in the coil which could not be fixed. “ Joe” said we should be hearing from our home warranty company by email in a few days about getting authorization for the work to be done. At that time we had resigned ourselves to waiting till Monday morning to hearing back from our home warranty company. We thought Joe was done by then. But, then Joe proceeded to call someone, we think it must be his boss, because all of a sudden he went to his truck and came back with a canister that he proceeded with outside. Apparently he was filling the compressor with some freeon because he was there for a long time. When I commented that this was no use because it would leak out very soon he agreed that this was just temporary but our home warranty company would e-mail us soon about the permanent fix. Apparently that fix did not work at all. It was still hot and no temperature change was perceived by us.
On Monday morning, since this happened on Friday evening, our insurance company calls us to say the job is complete and there was no “ mechanical failure “. My husband and I were stunned. The house was so uncomfortable during the weekend, we had stayed through that, hoping for some good news but this company knowingly filed a false report after telling us otherwise. Not sure what their intention was…makes one wonder if they were not capable of doing the job, hence the deceit or just plain didn’t care?
Fortunately another reliable and honest company was assigned to us and they did an exceptional job. Please home warranty companies, be aware of this business and a warning to other customers too. Thank you.

I had a great experience with this 24 Seven AC repair company. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything fixed in no time. The technician was respectful, professional, and worked very cleanly. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Honest service, fast work, and excellent value — I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!
