If I could give them 10 stars I would! I cannot express enough gratitude to this incredible team for the extraordinary kindness and effort they showed in retrieving my late husband’s wedding ring from a lengthy convoluted sewer pipe system with many twists and turns. Mark and Roberto worked patiently and diligently to recover the ring. They brainstormed a perfect solution due to the complexity of the rescue when I thought it was a lost cause. They weren't about to give up and I am very appreciative. They have a customer for life!

Roberto Huerta did a wonderful job assessing the issues with our leaky toilet. He provided options including a complete rebuild of the toilet internals and a new toilet. Since a new toilet was only a little more expensive, we went that route and ended up with great Toto product.

Roberto was very polite, organized, and explained our options well. He cleaned the space before installing the new toilet and then cleaned up after the installation (see pic).

Highly recommend Lantz Home Services and Roberto Huerta.

Been really pleased with Lantz as a company & did a longer review some time ago-- continue to be pleased & always grateful for Greg White's expertise & availability to consult on any issues that are confusing and candid good advice. Want to also give a shout out to recent service providers to our home Moises, Landyn and Zach who were all utmost professionals -- efficient, knowledgeable, transparent & took care to leave work areas clean. Thanks for good services Lantz since our new system with you a few years ago!

My technician Hunter was the nicest and friendliest plumber. He actually got me into a good mood while he was there in spite of all the problems steming from the leak. He also investigated to help determine the extent of damage and help stop it's progress. Then quickly fixed the leak by replacing an old shut off valve that really look s great now. I'm very pleased with my service and highly recommend them.

Justin came out and did a great job replacing my faucets and putting in pucks around my home to alert me if any water ever is present under sinks and by toilets. I trust Justin anytime to get the job done no matter how long it takes. He is an extremely hard worker. You just don’t get that type of person around anymore with such great work ethics. He was knowledgeable, polite, informative, and professional. Lantz’s plumbing is very lucky to have such a fine individual working for them. It makes me want to call Lantz’s whenever I have any plumbing or A/C issues. Thank you Justin for such quality service, my faucets look great and I feel secure about leaving my home knowing everything is taken care of.
