This business appears to be a Scam. Doctor is difficult to reach even when you try to schedule an initial call. I can't imagine how much worse it gets after one joins the practice. I got lots of marketing emails and text messages from them like I was buying some sort of consumer product. I complain that I was getting too many marketing messages and then nobody was responding to my inquiries I was later contacted by ylthe CEO who later connected me via email to Doctor Frydman, who then only responded on a limited basis and was more difficult to schedule a call with than the President of the United States. Initial call came in randomly (bc doc didn't respond to a time) and was disconnected at 14 and 1/2 minutes. The doctor was unwilling to continue the call even though I had follow-up questions. Communication then occurred via text. Instead he attempted to push me into purchasing a membership. Doesn't feel like the first class concierge service that a patient would want or benefit from. They do a great job of marketing and giving people the run-around, but clearly are terrible at servicing patients. It definitely makes me question why the Broward doctor with no hospital affiliations in Palm Beach county is attempting to break into Palm Beach County.
