The vet was very nice but the 2 assistants were extremely rude condescending and intolerable, I took 4 pedigreed dogs for annual vaccines, ages 5-9 years we typically see vet for vaccines but just moved to area and found vets are unaffordable in this state but the staff at petvet were almost hostile, 2 dogs only got rabies vaccine and have to return for the others so have to pay extra for them, they complained bitterly because they wasted paper printing their check out papers, Wouldnt register their rabies vaccines until I brought in records from last vaccine which I had with me then kept the tags. My biggest dog 20 pounds now is limping when I take him out of bed hasnt eaten for 2 days and has a high fever skin temp 104 so now has to see vet. He is 9yrs old and has had vaccines every year been neutered micro chipped and has never had this reaction. The staff was rude and unfriendly from moment I met them because they thought I hadnt preregistered my pets which I had then they put all their info in incorrectly, putting their birthdays all on the day of service and that they are mixed breeds, they all have registration papers. They chastised me for not getting upgraded package saying they need more vaccines. This is last time I use this service I will travel 12hrs to their previous vet stay in hotel and still pay less than I did here and be greeted with smiles and my dogs greeted by name plus pets get all the vaccines and tags are registered without complaint.
