People working with the vaccine program are awesome. The tractor supply set up is not. There needs to be a pop up tent for the animals to enter individually. Because of a dog being very vocal and not muzzled, my cats were stressed when it came their time only one was able to get her nails trimmed and microchipped. So now I had to make another time and pray there is not a lot of noise. I appreciate the opportunity to save about 100$ per animal but having to keep returning because customers cannot control their pets and now buying something to calm my animals. It would just be nice to have an area for the animal and vet, vet techs to be able to concentrate as they are doing their part without distractions. Only 4 stars because of the one dog constantly barking the tech put the microchip in with the wrong animal name and they had to change it . I hope they fixed it.

Took 5 kittens for first shots and check up. Staff was great and process very efficient. I plan to continue the care of these kittens here until they get to their forever homes.

Every one was very professional. They made my dog feel comfortable and treated him extremely well.
