Pumps are consistently slower than any other gas station I’ve been to, it’s annoying

Great price, but slow pumps. And there’s a woman there that’s very rude. Service your pumps and only put employees with stellar customer service out here, bc if they’re unsupervised, then they’re going to talk to customers however they want.

Convenient and Never Crowded, But Missing Basic Amenities

The H‑E‑B Fuel station near my home is very convenient and easy to use. There’s almost never a line, which makes filling up quick and hassle-free.

That said, it’s missing a couple of basic features that would make it much better. There’s no vacuum for car cleaning and no air station for tire pressure, which is something many fuel stations usually offer.

Overall, it’s a good option if you want a fast stop with no waiting, but it could be improved by adding these simple amenities.

Low price & clean facility. Unfortunately their pump pay-tap feature does not work. Tried to pay for a quick car was but the receipt would not print a code. Overall great experience for gas, just s few glitches to work out. Grateful to have HEB close by now!
