1. So slow, in that way you see there are so many people waiting and yet no drinks being made and no sense of urgency or communications behind the line. 2. Large guy marching back and forth, cursing and making threats, banging his bag on the counter and then smacking the windows. I felt bad for the diminutive Barnstable trying to cool him down. Nothing about this location felt efficient or even safe. Suggest they invest in security.

Very busy Starbucks in Times Square. I collect Starbucks mugs, and they have a great selection at this spot. Grab a coffee and people watch, wonderful location!

This Starbucks is absolutely fantastic! Every visit is a great experience thanks to the friendly staff, fast service, and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee is always fresh, rich, and perfectly prepared. I especially enjoy the Frappuccino and the iced drinks—they are delicious and refreshing every time. The bakery items are fresh, and everything is beautifully presented. The café is clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax, meet friends, or get some work done. The team always greets customers with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Excellent quality, consistent service, and great attention to detail make this one of the best Starbucks locations. Highly recommended. Five stars without hesitation!

Good service. My iced matcha latte tasted great and as always the same. Came in around 5 am and the staff were friendly and polite.

No seats but open late. The flagship closed so if you want caffeine this is the spot. No special bear glasses at this location.

It was a busy day and we had so much to do, so many sites, so much shopping. This little coffee store in the middle of Manhattan was the perfect place for us to stop a bit and to buy some coffee to take with us. Good choice.

I cashed for a sugar free iced coffee and was told some time after by a very loud and disrespectful employee that they had no sugar free coffee she made a black iced coffee and when I said I didn't ask for that she got angry and went to the cash register and refunded me my cash, terrible service will never visit that location again

We was in New York last week and saw Starbucks and thought great let’s go in and have a Coffee as we have Starbucks here in the UK and they are lovely Coffee Shops.
Unfortunately this place wasn’t nice at all, the staff were rude and not at all interested in their Customers. I ask for an Americano with hot milk on the side and the person that served me filled my cup full with black Americano how did they think I was going to pour the milk in the cup I scalded my fingers having to throw some away.
We will not be returning

It is usually very busy. Service is quick and they serve all the normal SB offerings.
