Food is alright but not expensive so not a bad place to go on lunch. The shawarma isn’t bad and the smash burgers aren’t to my taste. Unfortunately some of the staff here at the Niagara location Is not very friendly. The last two times I have gone to this location I have asked for a wrap with fries and have only received the wrap. When I told the lady working there I wanted fries with my order she said I had to ask for it when I specified both times I wanted the wrap combo with fries. I have coworkers who refuse to eat here due to staff friendliness and the freshness of the food is not up to their taste

We ordered a kebab combo for four, though there were only three of us. Everything was absolutely delicious. The rice portion was very generous, and the beef and chicken kebabs were absolutely wonderful. There ended up being quite a bit left over, so we took it home. You can buy drinks at the Arab store next door. The only thing is, if you don't like spicy food, make sure to mention it when you place your order. Otherwise, everything was very tasty and satisfying. The cuisine is halal, and there's also a secluded place to pray—this café is the best find for Muslims near Niagara Falls. I definitely recommend it 👍

this review is for noagara location. we decided to give it a try while staying at indoor water park at niagara with the kids. i requested no sauces on top on the rice and shawarma as kids might get picky. but when we requested them on the side we were told its $2 extra per sauce. now! im a reasonable person...if i was getting them on top AND on the side i understand...but this!?!? unacceptable! its not about money. also, we picked a 7:30 time for pickup from the options online..and the staff was very unpleasant that we ordered so late. their hours of operations say till 8:30..it is just terrible service! the food also was very average. this is not shawarma rice, but rather basmati rice with pulao taste with shawarma chicken on top. very weird combo. i would definitely take my money elsewhere considering food is not cheap; and not to mention they require a tip upfront on the web even prior to even giving you service...yeah...no!

One of the worest taste of manaish i have ever taste in canada , the cheese manaesh should be akawi cheese ( i dont know what type of cheese they put , but its smelly and fatty )
And for yhe zaatar manaesh is oily as is soaked with oil . And we were only the customers there and it took him more than 20 minutes ..
i really dont recommend this for anyone and it my last visit .. by the way its not cheap compared to the quality …!!!!

Excellent food & service. We ordered the Family pack and it was enough for 4 persons. Kebab was spicy to our taste. Rice was delicious. Also we ordered cheese & zaatar manakish and we loved it.
It is located in Market which was convenient to get ayran laban and other drinks. Highly recommended.

Came here because the reviews where so good. It's not that great. Service was terrible. The person taking the orders was very unpleasant. 2 naanzaroti took almost 40 mins to make. Garlic naanzaroti advertising Parsley as a topping, pictures clearly shows Parsley. When asked why our Garlic one had none, she says "we never use Parsley". Overall bad experience. Only reason for 2 stars, is the pepperoni naanzaroti was good.

We drove from St. Catharines to Niagara to try this place, but it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, it’s not a separate restaurant like we expected – it’s actually inside Eastern Market. The lady at the counter was rude, no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, nothing. When we tried to order a 1 kg Kebab platter and bread, she told us to go pick up the bread ourselves from the market rack, and then she would add it to the bill. That would have been fine, but then she added an extra service charge on top. For what service? We had to grab our own bread, would have to bring the food ourselves to the table (because they do not serve on table), and the tables were all dirty. No one was serving customers on Dishes/plates, and I saw people eating out of cheap foil bowls.

We canceled our order.

We noticed they offer free food/drinks in exchange for positive reviews – which explains why their ratings don’t reflect the reality.

Overall, a wasted trip and a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the drive.

We ordered the Family Platter for 4, but it was more than enough for 6 people—generous portions, very tasty, and extremely reasonable prices, especially for Niagara Falls, where everything is usually overpriced.

There’s also plenty of free parking in the plaza, even on weekends, which was a bonus.

5 stars for the food and service, and an extra star for providing a prayer space—much appreciated!

The taste was very average. Food wasn't fresh, and the quantity of rice was way more than the chicken. It was oily as well.
The fries are simply COSTCO frozen fries.
There are much better places to go than this.

The food is delicious! Lots of flavour!!! The kebabs are on point! Rice well cooked. And the garlic and red sauce is a perfect addition. I ordered off of Uber eats. 2 for 1. And I thought I would only be able to finish the one because it is a lot of food. Nope! I ate almost all of both boxes as it was that good!!!

Heard the service there is terrible. But the food sure does make up for it. Definitely will be trying more food from here.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Timmy's Tanur in Niagara Falls and was thoroughly impressed with their Halal food and inviting atmosphere. As a Muslim, it's always reassuring to find a restaurant that caters to my dietary restrictions, and Timmy's Tanur did not disappoint.
