They were all very nice there. I had to pick up my hoist. The fork truck driver was friendly and put it exactly where I asked, on my trailer.

Rick, our semi-driver, from ABF FREIGHT, out of Mason, Michigan just delivered my husband's order from Versa Tube Systems. Rick was so personable, courteous, professional and fun.

Extremely rude staff. Delivery windows are 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays only. The courtesy text is only and estimate and my shipment wasn't even delivered close to the indicated "courtesy" timeline. Spend your money with a freight carrier that cares about customer service instead of these folks.

This place is terrible. They are not flexible at all and are not willing to do any extra moves to get a job done. As a trucking company you have to understand what time sencetive shipment means and respect drivers who bring loads to your. I'm so disappointed with low quality of service of this company.

Awful staff and customer service in the Michigan area. I was given 5 minutes notice to sign for a shipment and now will be charged reshipping fees for a delivery. I will not be using this company again, nor will I purchase from any company who uses ABF. I've dealt with many shipping companies and have never had such awful service.

UPDATE: I had to reach out to them to schedule my delivery 5 days after they sent my shipment back to their factory. After more snide remarks and rude comments by the manager, I was transferred to another woman who was very kind and took the time to explain their process to me and how we could work together so I didn't have someone sitting at a vacant job site. I'm not sure why it wasn't handled this way by that first man, but it wasn't. I did reach out to them per the request below and never heard back from them. I recognize there are many great people who work for this company, but the manager was just awful to me.
