The staff was amazing to deal with! Literally ever person from office to warehouse was great and friendly. I had two pallets of wheels and tires I had shipped, but due to construction in my neighborhood I didn’t feel right about asking the truck driver to try and access my house. I called and decided I’d pick up at terminal on Adams Center Rd in Nee Haven, In. Perfect condition from Florida to Indiana, what we expect from others but rarely get, won’t mention names ( —>X ) .. these folks were so responsive and quick to help! Very classy operation ABF

Called the terminal to see if picking up a shipment would be possible instead of getting it delivered. The person checked and gave me the green light. Showed up at the terminal and a lady happily helped me with getting loaded. The man on the forklift was great in getting it on the truck for me. Overall a fantastic experience which I'd happily look forward to doing it again in the future:)

Literally the best freight carrier I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Everyone there is kind, professional and acts like a true partner for my business. I am so very thankful for them.

The driver was given the wrong truck and came with a bad attitude. Ordered from zero.com told them it was residential and he shows up in a 52 foot semi.

What is wrong with this company. Driver had no way of bringing it back on asphalt driveway.

Had no helper with him. What kind of company does this when delivering to residential.
