My visit to Gardner White was amazing. Michelle was made me feel very comfortable a she was very knowledgeable and was instrumental in finding the right mattress and base for my wife who's suffering from Parkinsons. They even saved me a lot of money compared to other stores. Thanks for all the help and keep up the great work.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The salesperson made promises that simply were not true. We were told that if we were unhappy with our purchase, returning or exchanging it would be easy and hassle-free. Once we tried to address our concerns, we discovered there were fees and restrictions that were never disclosed during the sales process.

To make matters worse, getting any assistance afterward was nearly impossible. Calls and messages went unanswered for weeks, and the manager seemed more interested in avoiding the situation than resolving it. When we finally did receive a response, there was little sympathy or acknowledgment of the frustration and inconvenience we had experienced.

Had the salesperson been honest and transparent about the actual policies and conditions, we would have made a different decision. Instead, we were met with misleading information, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care. This experience left us feeling deceived and undervalued as customers.

Had a great experience at Gardner White in Mount Pleasant. Emmy-Lou was amazing to work with. Very friendly, helpful, and fun. The sales went very smooth. The delivery was handled perfectly. No issues!

Cliff and David just delivered our new couch. They were fantastic!! Polite, respectful, and helpful. They even offered to help us move other furniture around. We love our couch and Travis our salesman was great as well. Not as pushy as other people we have delt with at other store. He was full of information and great to work with.

Just got our sectional delivered! This was hands down the best experience I've ever had shopping. Ann was so helpful when picking out the perfect set. And rug and table to go with it. So we're the gentlemen that moved all of the rugs and tables around to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the look! Delivery was so easy, we just set a date and they gave us the time and a link to track the delivery with! The guys that delivered our sectional were extremely wonderful! I would give 11 stars if I could! I will be returning!
