First of all, they dropped off the relocation cube a day late. They then assured me it would be dropped off the next day in the morning, but ended up not dropping it off until the next day in the afternoon.
More egregious, however, is that they incorrectly weighed the cube. Despite me calling then to confirm that they would weigh it and speaking to the driver who picked it up, they gave me a weight ticket where the full weight was less than the empty weight. They ended up re-weighing an empty one after my move, which led to problems with reimbursement. Its not worth the risk if you need weight tickets done correctly. Find a different company.

Out of all the moving pods and trailers I researched UPACK was the cheapest for my northern Illinois to southern Georgia move. My trailer arrived at my new home a week earlier than the estimated arrival date they gave me too. Customer service and drivers were extremely friendly and helpful also.

U Pack was a wonderful experience! We had never moved long distance before (Savannah, GA to Midlothian, VA) and were a bit nervous and overwhelmed. Once I spoke with representatives from U Pack I felt we had made the right decision. Every time I called with questions I spoke with a kind, professional person, never once having to use automated buttons to get a live representative. They explained the process, gave me a quote and walked me through the experience. The U Pack container was dropped off empty and on time, picked up the same way after we packed it. The company delivered it to the new apartment complex where it was parked in a spot close to my building. When we unpacked not one single thing was damaged! I liked the ability to track our U Pack to see where it was in the shipping process. The local service center in Virginia was extremely helpful. I spoke with Cindy at this office and she helped answer many of my questions and solve a major concern we had. I felt like a very valued customer while dealing with her and through the entire process. We will be using this company in the future if a move is needed again. I would highly recommend U Pack as they have many options to fit your needs and are very reasonable in their pricing. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Very good moving experience. Historically have used a U-Haul but decided to use U-Pack for a long distance move. We reserved the large moving trailer. Everything went very smoothly. The trailer arrived on time and the drivers were excellent at navigating my preferred location for storage. Hired separate packers and loader/unloaders and by doing so saved almost $3000 compared to a full-service moving company. We had our trailer stored at our final destination for two weeks and were able to track it’s location the entire time. Overall I was very pleased as this was my first time using this company.

I am really happy with my experience at ABF Savannah! I ordered a relocube for my move up the coast. They called me the day before to let me know that there had been an issue with the cube delivery. I asked them what my options were as I had to be out of my house the next day. I spoke with an employee on the phone who was so kind and generous and had an immediate solution for me. They delivered a trailer to my house that same day and made it $300.00 cheaper than what I had been expecting to pay. I was really grateful for the quick solution and kind help. Not only that, but the man who dropped my truck off for me was so, so unbelievably kind. I think his name was Joe. He was great!! My belongings arrived quickly and easily to my new home in Maine and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!
