My experience with Nautica at Fulton Flats Apartments has been wonderful from start to finish. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire leasing process, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood each step. Nautica has made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy, and her kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. I really appreciate all of her support and would highly recommend working with her for anyone looking for a great leasing experience!

terrible place to live they have roaches & never answer maintenance requests. they’re trying to not give me my deposit back and have me pay 2 months worth of rent bc i wanna end my lease bc somebody trashed a apt upstairs 3 months ago, never cleaned it and now it’s hella roaches. I’ve never broken a lease before but i will now. and then delia try to argue with you about the roaches

I’m very disappointed with how this apartment office has handled my move-out process. It’s been several weeks since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. I’ve tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no one ever responds. Daniela, the manager, is never in the office and seems completely unreachable.

This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the apartment in good condition, followed all the move-out instructions, and expected a timely return of my deposit, as outlined in the lease. Instead, I’ve been ignored and left with no answers.

It’s frustrating and unfair to be treated this way after being a responsible tenant. I’m now forced to consider other steps just to get back what’s rightfully mine. I do not recommend renting from this property — the management is completely unresponsive and does not seem to care about their tenants once they move out.

My boyfriend and I have lived in our unit for a few months now and we love it! We love the upgrades from the flooring, chopping block countertops and new cabinets, and bathroom fixtures. The unit is really spacious for the price! We love all of the closet space as well. Management is very responsive and fluid with problem solving when we’ve reached out. The location is very conveniently located close to many stores, fast food chains, and the zoo!

Fulton Flats East is a great apartment complex. Clean. Quiet. Right next to the ZOO. The new owner/ manager has done great things here with all new modern unit upgrades, new kitchens and baths and LVP flooring. The commons are updated too with new LED lights, Carpets and paint. Laundry onsite and carports available. Great place to stay. FYI the leasing office is at Fulton Flats West down the street.
