I went here for the first time yesterday as a walk in and had an amazing experience!! 10/10 recommend for sugaring. My legs are buttery smooth with very little redness that faded quickly. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and she took her time, I could tell she was very skilled and experienced with sugaring. Overall a great experience and will be returning in 4 weeks for my next wax.

I had such a wonderful experience with my stylist, Nikki! She did an amazing Botox hair treatment for me and spent nearly three hours carefully flat ironing my hair to perfection. I have extremely thick hair. Her patience, attention to detail, and friendly personality made the entire appointment so relaxing and enjoyable.

I got a long A-line bob style, and she absolutely nailed the look — smooth, sleek, and exactly what I wanted. She’s also incredibly skilled with eyebrow trimming. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone talented, professional, and genuinely kind!

I absolutely love coming here. I’ve been going to her for 2 years now and I drive over an hour just to receive her services because she is truly worth it. Her prices are truly unbeatable especially with prices going up in the beauty industry and she uses top quality product, my waxes are perfect I never have an ingrown. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at Pixie Sugar Wax... I originally booked my appointment for 12:00 PM and called to see if I could come in earlier due to a prior commitment. I was told I could still come at noon, but that I likely wouldn’t be seen until later because of an 11:30 AM haircut appointment. When I asked why I would have to wait, the employee responded that I booked online and other customer called her? I’m not sure why there is even an online appointment system if the business doesn’t intend to honor the appointment times booked via the web??

This was frustrating because the whole reason I called was to avoid being late for my plans. If the time wasn’t truly available, that should have been clearly communicated. This experience felt unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. Ended up cancelling my appointment. Day ruined. 😞 Would not recommend this business!

This was my first time visiting Pixie studio & it will not be my last. I have been feeling down in the dumps & have been so busy so I had fallen off of my regular routine of personal care. I am trying to get back in the rhythm & so last minute as I was getting off work I decided to look to see if anywhere was open for a brazilian. I called at 6:30 but hung up after 2 rings & realizing via google that they closed at 7 because i didn’t want to be rude & keep her late but she immediately called back & insisted it was no problem for me to come and that she would stay late for me to come. After asking was she sure a few times i decided to go because I really needed it. Nikki the owner was so kind & made me feel very comfortable plus she did an absolutely excellent service for me! She even did my eyebrows for free. An excellent owner with excellent service- very pleased with my results and will absolutely be back to see her & will be recommending her to my clients as well! Found this place on Groupon. By far one of the best wax experience. Niki was so attentive and concise. She was very detailed and friendly. I’m not new to Brazilian waxes, so have had my various experiences. I will definitely come back again!

I regularly come here for my eyebrow shaping and waxing, and Nikki never disappoints. Her attention to detail and skill make all the difference. I’m also excited to book a facial with her soon!
