Out of all of the shops in Kelowna I’ve been too, this one definitely takes the cake, and I’ve been to a lot of them. Donavan and Shandell always go above in beyond In not only the work done there but also in the customer service. Not only do you get an above and beyond tattoo but it’s followed with customer service that shines AND you get to wear a Tat2zie and stay warm and comfortable for your entire session. I knew Donavan was one of the best in Kelowna for tattoos and I'm very happy with how the piece turned out. It was a memorial tattoo for my brother who passed last year so it was a really sacred piece for me. Donavan honored that in the quality of his work. Akira started a memorial tattoo for me in Edmonton back in April and it was amazing! This is one Awesome place!!!
They r friendly...make you comfy and feel at home.. its very clean...cleaned completely everyday and all instruments are new and sterilized.
The Tattoo I got the exceeded my expectations and is sooo beautiful...will defitnely return for another.
There is not much fading...even a month after it still looks freshly done...and im in the sun alot...so that also has not impacted the Tat...
Their customer service is spot on...if u have a problem or question...a call or a text and within 10 minutes you have your answer.
10 minutes was the longest it ever took to get an answer...usually within 2 minutes.

They put your wants and needs first!!

Highly recommend this place!!!

Love love LOVE visiting the shop. Brynn is such a bubbly presence in the shop and is always open to do something different or make changes to it to ensure it's perfect. She's definitely a go-to if you have any sort of tattoo ideas. The rest of the artists have their own styles and their chemistry in the shop is always so good. I can't recommend the shop enough !

Between Donavan & Shandell they make the ultimate team, She is super nice and kind, She will made you feel welcomed and treat you like the only customer. Donavan is truly an AMAZING artist !!!!!

I had a cover up done, that SO MANY artists refused to do and said it could not be covered. Yet Donavan looked at it and said Challenge excepted. He did a beautiful cover up on my leg, He gave me back my confidence to ware ( Shorts ) again.

Very clean, comfy atmosphere. All the staff is amazing, friendly and very inviting.

I have gotten a couple tattoos from Vaeda now and will continue to get tattoos from her. I have found my artist!
She has a very gentle hand, does gorgeous artwork and is super friendly.

All their artists are extremely talented.

I have recommended Evil Genius to all my friends.
