Absolutely delicious Texas style barbecue! I've driven by a few different times and didn't feel it had the time to stop. Not anymore! I'll make the time, and schedule my trip to fit around stopping here.
I had brisket and ribs, which my little guy also loved. My wife had the brisket sandwich and my daughters both got the turkey sandwich. Absolutely killer!

Enjoyable place to stop. It’s been there a long time. The Highschool and college kids staffing the place are very friendly. The food’s good. Stick with the smoked stuff. I had a 16oz ribeye. It was pretty low grade. If you do get a steak, tell them not to bring it out on a sizzling fajita skillet. That thing will cook all the way to well done right before your eyes before you figure out what’s going on. The poppers are always dry and over cooked. The sides are good. And the pot of beans, by the soft drinks, that are self serve are alright. They could use a little seasoning.

Very rustic, simple, great BBQ. We were with Texas natives who said it was some of the best they ever had. I had a chopped brisket sandwich on a jalapeño sourdough roll. So good. The line moved quickly, cafeteria style service.

I will recommend the brisket and pork ribs for your meat choosing. Then you have to have their jalapeños bread!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ it was my first time, but it will be my every time.

Outstanding customer service! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and only waited a short amount of time. We ordered the Brisket, Ribs, and Jalapeño Sausage. Everything was really good and perfectly cooked. We also got sides of corn, mac&cheese, potato salad and the complimentary beans. All sides were delicious!! Prices were what we expected for bbq. They did have a lot of sides and desserts to select from as well. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
