I had a wonderful experience at this place. The front desk gal, Megan is familiar amd remembers me. The doctor is great, the assistants and techs are amazing. I got a top retainer and she fixed something broken from having braces 20 years ago. For a very reasonable price as well.

I’ve had such a great experience with this office during my Invisalign treatment! From the moment I started, the team has been professional, welcoming, and really attentive to every detail. I highly recommend them to any family considering orthodontic care. From the very first visit, the entire team has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff always go out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable, and the doctor is not only highly skilled but also very kind and patient.
What really sets this clinic apart is how much they care about making the experience positive and fun for their patients. They have a creative rewards system where kids can earn “bucks” which they can later exchange for gift cards or small prizes. It’s such a great way to keep kids motivated and engaged throughout their treatment.
They also add an extra layer of fun with seasonal guessing games which my daughter and son absolutely love.

Fairfield Orthodontics has been a part of my life for 7 years, from age 18 to nearly 25, and it’s hard to put into words how much this place means to me. What started as braces turned into a space I truly trusted — a place that felt like home.

I began treatment in 2019 under Dr. Nancy Le and finished with Dr. Niousha Saghafi. My case was considered borderline impossible. Dr. Le consulted 10 other orthodontists — all said it couldn’t be done. Oral surgeons said the same. Yet here I am, living proof that Fairfield Orthodontics does the impossible.

This office saw me finish community college, transfer to UCLA, graduate, and start my career in San Francisco. Even while living in LA, I flew back every 6–8 weeks because I refused to trust my smile to anyone else. That should tell you everything.

Dr. Saghafi’s work can only be described as poetry in motion — precise, thoughtful, and masterful. The entire team is exceptional, and their network of specialists (including Dr. Jennifer Lu and Dr. Mark Sutter) gave me total confidence every step of the way.

Despite the pain, surgeries, setbacks, and long journey, I would do it all over again without hesitation. If you’re deciding where to invest your time, money, and trust — this is the place.

To the entire Fairfield Orthodontics team: thank you. You genuinely changed my life, and I’ll forever be grateful.

We love the whole staff at Fairfield Orthodontics. My son has been going there for a year and a half and has had such a positive experience with his braces. Dr Saghafi is wonderful and caring and has done a great job making him feel comfortable about braces. The staff are all professional, friendly and helpful! My 10yo daughter was a nervous about the consult for braces - but, from the moment we walked into Fairfield Orthodontics we both were super impressed! From the moment we walked in we were greeted (Megan is awesome). I assume they knew kids (and parents)can be nervous with these types of appointments, because the staff made sure she (actually, both of us 🙂) was super comfortable (office was kid friendly, water and yummy coffee available). The front desk and back office staff were well prepared (forms were printed and ready, front desk took clear notes), everyone was on time (we didnt even wait 5 minutes before being called back), all staff were super friendly (they even referred to my daughter by her first name, and made her feel included in the visit), and the staff and Doc took the time to explain each part of the visit clearly, so both my daughter and I could understand current state and next steps. She even got to pick a small treat with her earned Ortho bucks 🙂 Overall I'd 100% recommend this office to any kiddo (or adult) that needs any orthodontic services. We still have another year before the braces..but, without a doubt we will be coming back to Fairfield Orthodontics!

My son Vicente is seen here. While it has only been about 4 months, we are so thankful we went with Fairfield Orthodontics. Everyone has been so nice and accommodating- even when my son's wire popped out a couple of times. They got us in quick. They have new and state of the art equipment. The initial evaluation was so thorough. I also feel they are honest and do not push for unnecessary services.

This place is so nice! The people are so friendly and helpful. They have accommodated me when I had to get a crown placed and needed to be rescanned for my Invisalign before treatment started. They are good at communicating and getting back to me. They are also really nice to my kids and my toddler when she comes in with me. My oldest child and I will soon start our Invisalign treatment and I’m anticipating that we will be well cared for.

The best experience ever! The wonderful staff and doctor have been amazing and patient with me and have taken GREAT care of me. I, being older and having not such great teeth to begin with am extatic on my results. I had to wear my braces for five years and was never made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for this reason nor rushed in the process. 1000% the BEST team around!! Love the service we get on every visit. Our daughter had her braces put on here and just had them taken off. She never had a bad experience. Kim and the doctors are so very welcoming and kept good communications and instructions through the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone.
