A very nice and clean hotel. The staff are wonderful. The beds are comfortable! The bathroom/vanity area and the room is spacious and clean. TV, microwave and refrigerator. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Don’t skip the Simple Rewards Inn when looking for a place to stay in Guymon Oklahoma!

I had a pleasant stay and found the room to be clean and comfortable, which is really all I need when I'm on the road. It has a relaxed vibe and is perfect for a low-key trip where you just want a reliable place to sleep. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was a nice touch that helped me save some money on meals, and the pool area was a great place to spend an hour or two relaxing. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but it’s well-maintained and provides good value for the price.

The room was HUGE and super clean with a big desk, large dresser, a wide bathroom counter and a roll of paper towels mounted on the wall. The refrigerator was full-size with a freezer that accommodated our ice packs for our cooler. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were of excellent quality. Breakfast is cereal and pastries, but all we need is good coffee, which it was (and served all day). Patricia was extremely helpful. All this for a price that was surely right.

Fantastic hotel. The staff was super nice. The rooms and common areas were spotless. The 24/7 breakfast is incredible for people that don’t want to be up early, I enjoyed so much oatmeal during my stay. All three shifts of people at the front desk were kind, helpful, and helpful. Great place to stay, if I ever end up back in town I would stay here for sure.

Holy moly this place genuinely surprised me. When I pulled up the exterior, old sign, and general dilapidated vibe of the area made me really worried the good Google reviews were a scam but man was I pleasantly surprised when I checked in and got into my room. My room was very clean and honestly it felt more clean than any of the 'nicer' middle of the road hotels I've stayed in by places like Quality Inn where you know it's been cleaned but the carpet and drapes just feel like they're still a bit dirty. No feeling like that here. The tile floor was shiny, sheets were crisp, the sink was spotless, and the drapes almost looked brand new (if it weren't for the totally 70s pattern!). I was surprised to see the chandelier lights in the lobby were dusted- a very easily overlooked area! It definitely looked very vintage and slightly worn in a few spots but it was so tidy and cozy. It was quiet as well and the staff was great. I enjoyed the 24/7 breakfast even though it was just lite fair like cereal and honeybuns. Nothing beats a midnight snack of cheerios! I also loved the little touches here; actual hand soap and good stuff at that, little dove body bars, Charmin toilet paper not the cheap 1 ply crap, and a roll of good paper towels. Small things like that really seal the deal. Not to mention the rate for the room was incredible, and with a 24 hr checkout time to boot! I don't need any of that updated stuff, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat even if it does look like I stepped 30 years in the past! 5 ⭐
