I had a fantastic experience with The Tile Guy while selecting tile for our new home. Over several months I worked with staff at both the Lake Country and Vernon locations, and every interaction was positive. The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They took the time to get to understand my needs and greeted me by name each time I entered the store. Throughout the process, they were committed to helping me find beautiful tile options that fit my style, budget, and timeline. I had a couple re-orders and changes along the way, and the staff were always accommodating, supportive and helpful. They made what could’ve been an overwhelming and frustrating process feel a little bit easier and more enjoyable. I am thrilled with the final selections and highly recommend The Tile Guy to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Had the TILE GUY do a complete bathroom Reno and what a great job they did. They were very pleasant to deal with, always came when they said they would and completed the job in the time promised. Would highly recommend them.

We had an awesome experience with The Tile Guy in Vernon. They were super communicative, easy to deal with, and actually showed up on time (which already puts them ahead of half the industry, let’s be honest). The tile work turned out incredible, and the heated flooring works so well it’s basically ruined regular floors for me forever. Friendly, reliable, and seriously good at what they do — highly recommend!

We would like to give The Tile Guy Flooring & Renovations a 5 STAR REVIEW. We are very PLEASED with all the tiling done by LesMon. He is a very hard worker and takes PRIDE in his work. You give him a donut and coffee and he doesn't stop for one minute. He takes a bite of his donut or a sip of coffee while he works. He is like the Energizer Bunny and has long-lasting energy. A special "thank you" to Andrea for assisting us (many times) in choosing the tile we wanted. We LOVE our bathroom. I had started out thinking we were going to use white subway tiles but Andrea's ideas are soooo much better. We also love the new flooring in our bathroom. All staff working at The Tile Guy are MASTERS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We would recommend their company any time. THANK YOU GUYS for such GREAT service. Bruce and Helen McCaig

Highley recommend working with the Tile Guy (Vernon) team for whatever project you have! We had our kitchen flooring replaced with beautiful luxury vinyl planks and then the backsplash re-tiled with a stunning and more modern tile. Those two changes transformed our kitchen without having to do a complete renovation! The crews that came to do the work were fantastic, and in-office staff were wonderful to work with - especially Cathy who helped with tile and flooring suggestions. They stand by their work and quality!

The Tile Guys are awesome! They did a beautiful job on our laminate flooring and bathroom reno - and this was our second time contracting them. They communicated well, kept the space clean, and worked efficiently. And they were great with my dog 🐕

Our experience with the Tile Guy could not have been smoother.

The contrast between the Tile Guy and our general contractor who had delayed a half finished kitchen project and was nowhere to be found for much of the summer was unbelievable.

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did perfect work; they even organized the plumber for us😊.

I highly recommend all the staff , from the sales team to the billing department. They went out of their way to ease the completion of our kitchen- highly recommend!!

Everyone that we encountered with The Tile Guy was super friendly, competent and professional. The communication throughout the job was stellar. Right from the start, they were interested in our vision of the project. The tiling of our shower and bathroom walls turned out great thanks to the tiler's skill and attention to detail. And check out their Instagram account - you will see that they are big supporters of our community. We highly recommend The Tile Guy!

Erik, Andre and Abby arrived as scheduled and installed our flooring. What can't be seen is the incredible work Andre did around the outer border. It was all hand cut and fit perfectly. They were quick, efficient, extremely friendly and did everything they said they would.

I would highly recommend this company for any type of flooring. Thank you Erik, Andre and Abby!!

The Tile Guy, Owned by Eric, is far more than tiles. I just had our bathroom renovated by The Tile Guy. From the ladies, Kirsten, Cathy and Andrea in the front end to welcome you into the showroom with their smiles and genuine warmth, knowledge and ability to make you feel at ease.
Steve, the project manager, went over how the renovation would proceed and a timeline of work progress.
Sean, the cabinet maker and designer was a master at making a dream come to fruition. With Andrew helping move pieces in and out made it a safe environment to work in.
Lesmon, the tile setter and grouter did magic with the setting of the tiles and grout work. The black grout made the tiles pop.
Gerry, the drywaller, painter and general labourer made the room come to life.

This was a crew of people who worked together to make the final product a room changer. ( No pun intended)
I would absolutely recommend The Tile Guy for any renovation, repair or a start to finish build.

The Tile Guy did an amazing job finishing our entire basement including flooring, tiled shower, all bathroom finishing and plumbing along with baseboards, and post finishing. And they did it all at a super reasonable rate. Great communication and timelines. Thanks a million!!

We can’t recommend The Tile Guy enough! We first met Justin who showed us which products would work the best for our room, considering our lifestyle, and what we ultimately needed in a floor. He came by to check how the surface was prepped to make sure the type of flooring we wanted to choose (vinyl click tile) could be installed, and the finished product would meet our expectations. Cathy was fantastic, and provided recommendations on colours, textures and dimensions based on photos of the space, and brought samples that we could lay out before making a commitment. Steve came by to help get us started with the install, and provided tips and tricks we wouldn’t have otherwise known, and it made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, knowledgeable, honest, or professional team to have helped us with this renovation! We are so happy with the results, and would definitely trust Erik’s team to do it again.

The Tile Guy was amazing to work with during our home renovation! Their team worked hard to keep us on schedule. Impeccable attention to detail for our ensuite including a new custom tile shower. The kitchen backsplash ties in brilliantly with our cabinets and counters. Our basement vinyl plank flooring looks amazing. The whole team is friendly, professional and we couldn't be happier with the results! Would highly recommend The Tile Guy for any size renovation!
