We recently purchased a home in Kelowna. Loved everything about it with exception of our guest bathroom as seen in photo. We had 3 different proposals from various companies but never felt 100% comfortable with their approach and at a very high cost. We wanted a nice but simple tiled shower.
The owner of The Tile Guy came over and immediately felt we were dealing with a company of integrity as well as expert in the field.
We are so delighted with the end result. Every team member were respectful of the space, extremely clean and personal. Everyone paid attention to the slightest details and it shows.

I highly recommend The Tile Guy! Jaide runs a tight ship here in Lake Country and is always welcoming and helpful. Their attention to detail is unrivalled they provide insight that I never saw coming… and they do it all, not just tiles. It also feels good to support a local, family owned business that gives back to the community.

Professionalism at its finest!
From start to finish the crew at Tiles guys were great. From there knowledge of materials and help over the phone, to the installers themselves there works speaks for its self! I can confidently recommend these guys for any home Reno! They make you feel at ease, while not knowing exactly what we wanted the crew took it upon themselves to make the Reno as stress free as possible, always making sure we got the outcome we were looking for! If there was a button for 5 star + I’d be clicking it.. will definitely be working with them on our next Reno! Thanks again!

The tile guy came and tiled my kitchen backsplash.
The ladies at the store were very helpful in assisting me in picking my tile and grout.
The gentleman that came to install the tiles was very professional and clean. I would highly recommend using the tile guy.

We are so very happy with our experience with the Tile Guys & we highly recommend this company. From dealing with Julie in the Lake Country location who was extremely helpful finding the right tiles to suit our tastes & budget to the installers, Mark & Alex who couldn't have been more detailed & precise in the installation of the beveled glass backsplash in the kitchen and the ceramic tile backsplash in the bathrooms. From start to finish excellent work from all involved. Thank you Tile Guys!

These guys are your one stop shop for tiling and flooring. They have a great selection to choose from and pretty awesome staff to help you out with the process. Id highly recommend them if your looking to do an renos or upgrades!
