Ok I want to be fare with this review. Fence looks absolutely amazing and the crew was great! Few things I didn't like about this company was the lack of communication, the extra fee for paying with card and the office and sales team need additional training. With my expertise in sales and customer service I can truly say it's night and day how we conduct our business versus this company. MC fence could be the greatest fence company in our area if they took the time to train and work on communication with customers. I will say if you get into direct contact with owner she makes things happen. Little work and they could over take the fence industry in our area.

The entire process was a breeze. Andrew was my sales rep, the guy is a beast. I scheduled my appointment for an estimate, he was on time and just all around a great guy to talk with. He gave me a great quote. I almost signed with him that day, but I figured I should just see what other companies are offering. Mc Fence, not only crushed the competition’s prices but was able to get me on their schedule 4 weeks sooner than any other company that gave me an estimate. On the install day, the crew got there at 8am sharp and were finished by noon. I would highly recommend Mc fence if you’re thinking about getting home improvements done to your home.

The final product and construction process was of the absolute highest caliber: Materials were brought in as needed, excavated dirt was taken not left around, the construction time was efficient and took 4.5 hours.

The sales agent was incredible and responsive ( Austin Darling).

Where this company struggles and the reason for us not giving them a higher rating is the administrative and support services.

Every single time the project required tasks to be performed by the office staff, immediate aggravation followed. From simple tasks such as emailing a payment authorization form, or charging a deposit once a form was received (nearly two weeks elapsed between job booking to payment process), the office staff was a complete failure.

Further, whenever senior office staff member Daniella attempted to answer a questions over the phone she was short, imprecise, focused on barriers instead of solutions, and only communicated negative contingencies.

Overall, the tone from the office staff is stuffy, non-accommodating, and seems to be aged-out as though technology and the speed of modern commerce is an inconvenience to Daniella and her team.

Lastly, the permits department submitted a permit per their process but filled the document out incorrectly resulting in delays that Daniella then attempted to pass off as a weather related delay when in fact the permit was delayed due to it being incorrectly filled out.

We received 4 quotes for our project, we decided to move forward with MC Fence and Deck because of the product and service quality reviews found online despite their quote being one of the more expensive estimates that we received.

While they performed good work, we will never use them again because the office and support staff is so horrible and unnecessarily aggravating.

We are happy the job s done! As we write this review, the job was finished and we still have not received their request to have the balance of the work paid for, maybe Daniella was too busy telling other clients about weather delays!

We had an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to finish. The ladies in the office: Necedah and Dani, cared about us, they cared about our needs and desires and were on top of EVERYTHING. Drew came out and did the initial consultation and estimate and we were done with the entire experience in under two weeks. We have a beautiful panel fence and it is perfect, everything we wanted. I am so grateful we found them and so grateful for the chance to work with them. They love what they do and love the people they take care of. 100/10 would recommend and use again!

Great company to work with! Really listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and more. Solid construction, professional, and beautiful completed product!
