First time experience with Ashley at the Norwood Ave location Jacksonville Florida 32208, she did a walk through of the facility very nice neat and clean and knowledgeable. Chatted through the whole process and recommended good services with the companies promotional deals, quick fast and easy process. So far so good 😊 amazing employee so if you looking for something affordable and quick it’s a good choice go talk to my girl Ashely and let her know the $0.15 couple recommended

Just wanted to let everyone know that Ashley has been quite the savior for me. I was able to switch to a bigger unit without any hassle and on the same day. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.

This is actually a very nice storage unit. Norwood isn't a very good neighborhood so I was a bit concerned coming over here but thankfully this storage units are very nice and well maintained buildings. Apparently they're building more units too which is nice. I highly recommend getting a unit at this place if this is your neighborhood storage center. The person working there was very nice and helpful too 😊
