I had a great experience with Pink Elephant Insulation. They removed all of my old cellulose insulation carefully and efficiently, without causing any disturbance or issues in my home. The team was extremely professional from start to finish.

They installed brand-new fiberglass insulation with great attention to detail, making sure everything was done right. You can tell they take pride in their work.

On top of that, their customer service was excellent very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

Great service, Pink Elephant was amazing. The moment we contacted them they were responsive and continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Their crew was organized, on time and worked hard all day to get thr job done. We were having huge problems with out blown in cellulose insulation, so Pink Elephant vacuumed all that up and made our attic spick and span, no more dust problem. They then brought in the spray in open cell foam spraying machine, and set it up the very next day, and then completed the entire attic ceiling the same day, total time 2 days! The guys cleaned up everything and left our house as if they hadn't been there, real pro's. Then Pink Elephant sent us the form to fill out for the City of El Paso rebate (yes, there is one of those), and even included the rebate as a discount on our bill, so we didn't have to wait for the City to send us a check! We would recommend Pink Elephant 100% to anyone thinking about new attic insulation, or any spray foam application. They even installed a new attic door, with stairs, so we can actually get into our attic and store stuff, since it is now part of the air conditioned space.

Pink Elephant Insulation was selected based on it Google reviews, After having hired them I can see why their ratings are so high! It was excellent service from the first call, the communication using messenger and phone, the friendly staff that serviced my home, and the Danny and Dani, the owners who worked with me on any questions that I had. Everyone was so friendly but efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner.
They even helped in getting me the local rebate from EPCC and the info I needed for the federal energy credit.

Very professional, they explained everything they had to do and cleaned after. They installed insulation in the wall on my garage walls, which didn't have any and it made a huge difference. I really recommend having this done on your house. This guy's are awesome.

Called to schedule an estimate for exterior garage wall insulation, we came to an agreement on date and time. Nobody showed up for the appointment. Fine, maybe they were busy so I gave them another shot a week or so later. The same exact thing happened! Hate to rate without having received any services but seems like it's impossible to even do so

Not only did they cause a leak from the attic they didn’t offer to cover the repair. After they loosely installed a mesh they said they would return to blow in more insulation and I never heard from them again. El Paso homeowners are better off DIYing anything they can on their own.
