Absolutely terrible customer service. The older lady working there had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced at a gas station. I simply asked if I could get a dollar back in quarters, and you would’ve thought I asked her for the keys to her house.

She was rude, short-tempered, and acted completely irritated that a customer even had the nerve to ask a simple question. No smile, no courtesy, no basic customer service—just attitude from the moment I spoke to her.

I understand people have bad days, but that doesn’t mean customers should have to deal with someone’s bad temper. It was literally a dollar in quarters, not a million-dollar business transaction. The whole interaction was unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable.

Management seriously needs to address the customer service here. A gas station should be a quick, normal stop—not a place where you leave wondering what you did to deserve someone’s attitude. I definitely won’t be going out of my way to come back.

Employees name was Jim.... I will say he was a pleasure to talk. Very friendly and I always love going to this gas station.

Adding the names Tom and Tyler to the list as well, as I had to pay a quick trip a late night visit... Always positive people social people working here.

Leon was extremely rude. called corporate. If you haven't watched the videos on kwikTrip they are an amazing company. They have so many amazing people and the people that work for this company generally are extremely nice. This man had no sense of urgency and took his time to move people through the line. I had a situation where I was in a hurry today and he let me know that he was not my slave (was a black individual )and that I couldn't tell him what to do. I told him that I had nothing to do with being quick which is literally the name of their store. The video below is when this man wanted to preach at me about how I shouldn't be in a hurry and that I need to fix my life so that I'm not in a rush.

I didn’t like the cashier guy this morning. After ringing my items up he whispered do u have a rewards card no eye contact or nothing I stayed silent as if I didn’t hear him because it wasn’t directed. He didn’t have good customer service and he sat my money on the counter while my hand was out to reach for the my change. My crackers were stale on top of that. I would never go to this location again because of the customer service I’ve experienced this week while working down in this area of Mn.
