False advertising on their window. You do not get 5 free wings for signing up. You get them if u spend 5$. Those arent the same thing correct your sign or take it down.

Carry out was very helpful. Food was very tasty, one thing I would like to add for 5 stars would be the wings to be a bit larger. But over all very good food.

Called in to order because the app doesn’t have an option for well cooked wings so I thought Id ask. Lady on the phone did successfully take my order however audibly not thrilled she had to answer, abruptly ended the call.
Went inside and waited for one of the 5 staff members to acknowledge I walked inside. They Asked my name and simply said 1426. Wings not well done..

The only reason I called is to get the wings well done, I have the app. The other site in Fayetteville is much better.

I ordered Wingstop and waited over an hour and a half for a delivery from their website, when I did not receive my food, I proceeded to call the store location and got put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on and when I called back and asked to speak to a manager to get something resolved, he told me there was nothing he could do about the issue and gave us a refund and then hung up. I understand they can not control a delivery service but that was an awful customer service experience all around. They never confirmed the address, told them I never got a text confirmation, so all around a bad experience.
