I published a Childrens book with Prime Publishing Labs and I regret it!! They promised me top quality and I definitely didn’t get that. On the front cover of my book the writing is blurry. They kept the cover page in the manuscript so that when it was printed, it threw off the page numbers/formatting so that the backgrounds and pictures don’t match. And finally, on the back cover of my book, the picture I gave them of my family for the “About the Author” section, is soo blurry you can’t even make out who the people are!!! When I told them I wasn’t happy with it, they told me it wasn’t a good enough quality picture. It was a professionally taken picture at Disney World. Then they told me it was a “printing quality issue.” I fought with them for over a year to try to get it resolved. I finally went out on my own and fixed it and uploaded it myself to Amazon and miraculously, all the issues are fixed!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This was my first book I ever published (so absolutely no prior experience) and I did a better job than they could. This company is a waste of money. DO NOT USE!

"DO NOT" DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY GOT $6000 OF MY MONEY WITH PROMISES TO PRINT MY BOOKS AND DID NOT DELIVER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS FROM INDIA WHO USE THE NAME "PRIME PUBLISHING LABS OR PRIME PUBLISHING" DOING BUSINESS OUT OF NEW YORK. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OFFICE IN NEW YORK AND THEY ARE ONLINE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS MIMICKING "AMAZON PRIME" PUBLISHING TO MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE A LEGIT COMPANY. I HATE MYSELF FOR LETTING PEOPLE LIKE THIS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. THE ONE GUY I WAS WORKING WITH BY A PHONNY NAME "GEORGE CARTER" WHO HAS AN INDIAN ACCENT CONVINCED ME TO INVEST $5000 OF MY MONEY FOR MY BOOK PRINTING FOR A RETURN OF $10000 WITH PROMISES TO SELL MY BOOKS ON MY BEHALF....IT WAS ALL A SCAM AND I FELL FOR IT. AS SOON AS I WIRED MY MONEY THIS GUY (GEORGE) WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME FOR DAYS AND THEN CAME UP WITH NEW YORK TAXES AS PART OF ANOTHER SCAM PLOT TO GET MORE MONEY FROM ME. WE GOT TO SHUT THEM DOWN SO THEY DON'T CONTINUE TO REAP PEOPLE OFF OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. RUN AWAY IF YOU SEE ANY COMPANY BY THE NAME "PRIME PUBLISHING LABS" OR SIMILAR NAMES....THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL ONLINE SCAMMERS. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY...THEY ARE SCAMMERS FROM INDIA OR IT'S ENVIRON. THEY DON'T DESERVE A '1' STAR RATING RATHER '0' STAR IF GIVEN THAT OPTION.

Run fast! Do not use this publisher!!!

I had queried several publishing companies regarding publishing my children's book in hardcover format but they said no because of the low 32-page count. When I reached out to Prime Publishing they said Yes! I was so excited because it was my dream to see my hardcover book on my nieces and nephews bookshelves.

When it was way too far into the process to stop them and I had already paid in full for my project, Prime informed me that they couldn't produce a hardcover book because of the low-page count. I was livid but I had no choice but to proceed.

When going through the editing process they missed almost every correction. I rejected their "corrections" and asked them to recheck it. They returned it to me with the same errors. I let it go (since a whimsical font was used, i hoped it wouldn't be noticeable.

When my book went "live" they had a completely wrong description of my book on Amazon! They described my story as being about a little boy when, in fact, my character is a bald old man!

After all these disappointments, Prime Publishing reached out to me regarding marketing my book. My children's book is 32 pages. It's a children's book. Prime Publishing offered me a package to pay them $3,000 to market this book! Sheesh!

I promise you they will not care about your project. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Finally, I emailed them to ask why they priced my book so high because I thought it was unreasonable and that my book would be dead out the gate at that rate. To this day, since December 3rd, I have not heard from Prime Publishing

I was nervous about the publishing process, but prime publishing labs walked me through it step by step. Their guidance was invaluable, and I felt reassured knowing my project was in capable hands.

Mr. Abraham was most helpful to me in the process of publishing my book. Of all the many and varied documents that I have edited, graded, or given advice about, I had never tried to publish anything of my own. Thus, I was nervous about the process and dealing with my husband's cancer treatments at the same time so the "background noise" of life was not helping me. Mr. Abraham did help me, and my husband became quite interested in the process. Thank you, Mr. Abraham, for your patience, and your help. I never could have done this without you. Who knows, I may write another section of the book by this time next year, or produce something new! Many thanks.

These guys made the publishing of my book easy. Josh led me through the process with patience and professionalism, even injecting some humor to put me at ease. Thanks Josh!

Josh Abraham was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the craft is superb, and he is skilled at imparting that knowledge to a neophyte like myself. We worked very well together. Thank you, Josh.
