I had a 5 star annual physical!! Jackie, Tina and the front desk ladies were wonderful during my visit. I do STILL need to inform you that you need to get better at answering the phone. It's just HORRIBLE!! I DREAD calling because it takes a LONG time for someone to answer, IF AT ALL. Sometimes I just give up and hang up. AND PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of that scratchy, irritating violin music when on hold. It's torture to listen to and then we also have to listen to the whole litany of cosmetic service ads while we are sitting on hold. Every time I come into the office, I complain about the violins and the time it takes for someone to answer the phone. When I do, the whole waiting room patients chime in and agree. Your staff say they are aware of these issues, but nothing ever changes.

I am so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Soliman for the past 20+ years. She has always demonstrated compassion, professionalism and expertise. I never feel rushed and appreciate her time to explain test results and issues in detail. The PA’s and her staff are wonderful also!

I have been seeing Dr. Soliman and her team for over 15 years and they are great! Lorena is lovely, and so efficient and caring, and Dr. Soliman is really thorough and caring as well. She always takes time to explain test results and answer my questions. I am grateful they are on my health team.

I can’t say enough, great things about my Doctor. She is incredible, kind attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. You never feel rushed during appointments and she explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism is outstanding, but what really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and well taken care of. After all these years, I can honestly say, I love her and deeply trust her with my care. I feel very fortunate to be under her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor they can truly trust.

Every visit at Solimon Care Family Practice Center feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The young ladies at the front desk and the reception staff always greet you with kindness and make you feel acknowledged right away, which really sets the tone for the entire visit.

The triage nurses are just as wonderful. They are patient, attentive, and take the time to make sure you feel comfortable before you’re even seen by the doctor. What stands out the most to me is the level of care and compassion shown by the entire team.

I especially want to recognize Lorena. She is one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. She has a calm, reassuring presence and makes you feel completely at ease every single time. Honestly, when she’s there, the visit feels less stressful and more comfortable, which is exactly what you hope for when going to a doctor’s office.

I also want to mention how much of a treat it is when my visit is with Dr. Solimon. However, even when I am not fortunate enough to see Dr. Solimon, I never feel like I am missing out on care. Every physician assistant I have seen has been remarkable in their bedside manner. They never make me feel rushed and always take the time to clearly explain the information I need, which means so much during a medical visit.
Thank you to the entire team at Solimon Care Family Practice Center for consistently providing such thoughtful and compassionate care.

I have been looking for a new family practice office and I think I have found it. I am able to get appts in a reasonable time frame. The team from the front office on back is friendly, happy and helpful. I am new to the practice, but if it keeps up like this - I haven't been treated like this at a doctors office in maybe ever.

Dr. Soliman has been my physician for over 20 years, and I am sincerely grateful for the excellent medical care she provides. She patiently listens with genuine concern. The PAs, Jacqueline and Cydney, are very knowledgeable and thorough, and are both excellent extensions of care. Dr. Soliman leads an awesome staff of friendly, efficient professionals, which is a true reflection of her great leadership.

I have been coming to Dr. Shahinaz Soliman and her PAs for over 10 years. Very satisfied with my experiences. Sometimes the office is busy and may be a bit behind in schedule but I have never been rushed through my appt and foram always given the time I need.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office has been an absolute nightmare when it comes to billing and customer service.

Over a year ago, they incorrectly billed my insurance, and it took me a full year of constant phone calls and follow-ups before they finally corrected their mistake. I thought it was a one-time issue, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.

Six months ago, I came in for my annual check-up, which includes blood work. Once again, they messed up the billing, and now I’ve been charged by Quest Diagnostics. I’ve spoken with Amber several times, sent multiple emails that go unanswered, and despite all my efforts, no one has ever called me back.

The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for patients’ time and finances is shocking. The office staff is unresponsive and dismissive, and it feels like they expect patients to clean up their repeated mistakes.

Dr. Soliman may not even realize how bad her billing department and staff are making her practice look, but as a patient, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in healthcare.

Patients deserve better than to spend months chasing down billing errors that should never happen in the first place.

Billing issues, no response from Billing after leaving several messages that bill has been paid. They keep saying we updated our billing service but they apparently don't communicate with them and I keep getting text messages and emails to pay my bill. I've left messages that my bill is incorrect and as of today no response.

impossible to resolve a billing issue if one arises. apparently there's only one person who deals with billing and she never answers her phone, never responds to voicemails, and never calls when instructed by one of the doctors.

this facility is also occasionally unsanitary - there have been a few times when I've had blood drawn and before we started there were drops of wet blood on the chair where I was supposed to sit and the tables where the nurse was trying to work.

a few times after tests i have been told there are no issues or reasons for followup/additional testing/treatment plans, just to have the same doctor tell me later that there was always a problem that needed to be addressed at the time of the original test.

I'm not planning on returning again and would NOT recommend this provider/facility to anyone.

She demonstrated compassion and attentiveness, creating a comfortable environment that encouraged open discussion. During another visit, Karissa administered IV Hydration, thoroughly explaining the process and ensuring my comfort. The treatment left me feeling refreshed, and the hydration station provided a relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Soliman's office offers a range of services, including Botox, Juvaderm injections, laser treatment, weight loss management, and Kybella injections, making it a one-stop healthcare destination.

My wife used to deal with other provider. At the beginning the service was excellent . Lately the team of this ex provider became a nightmare. I have to transfer our files to Dr. Soliman since then we are receiving the top service from Dr.Soliman and her fabulous team .

It is with extreme frustration and disappointment that I write this review about the STAFF at Dr. Solomon’s office. Their complete incompetence made a simple task—processing a basic health consent—an absolute nightmare. After five days of constant emails and phone calls, they still failed to complete what should have been a straightforward request. Their inefficiency is staggering! My experience with this office hasn’t improved over the years and this disappointment is causing me to write this review. One would think that the staff—who are responsible for most client interactions—would understand the importance of being responsive and competent, but not here. Calls were ignored, emails went unanswered, and even when I sent correspondence for the doctor, they failed to deliver it to her. So I yelled at one lady as a result of not giving my email to the doctor after it was specifically requested. I am sorry about yelling but you should know, after multiple attempts to get through to the STAFF unsuccessfully, I had to turn to urgent care. Within 10 minutes, a doctor who had never seen me before completed the form, which this office dragged out for days! Despite being a loyal patient, I will never return to this office again. The staff—Hilda, Amber, Tina, Paola—are a complete embarrassment, their lack of compassion, follow-through, and basic competency has caused me nothing but aggravation. It’s a shame because Dr. Solomon is lovely and intelligent, but the catastrophic failure of her staff has ruined the experience beyond repair for me.
