Recently we were looking for the appropriate facility for my husband for memory care. Mark was very responsive in locating facilities that met our requirements. He went with us to visit several board and care facilities and was very helpful answering our many questions. We found Mark very capable and responsive to our needs and would highly recommend him to others.

The very difficult decision of when, where and how to move my dear dad into board and care was especially challenging for me, because I had to manage most of those decisions from 500 miles away. Thankfully, I was smart enough - and lucky enough - to connect with Mark Wolff! He saved the day, for both me and my dad, and I sent him the following thank you note:

Mark, our family owes you many, many thanks! My dear dad Arnie moved into Autumn Grove Senior Living in Elk Grove on Saturday, and so far it’s been a beam-fest - all the AG staff say they’re really happy with him, and my dad has not stopped smiling.

We’ll have to see how it goes, of course, but Dad’s move into board & care is off to an excellent start, and the credit goes to you. I don’t have to tell you that making life decisions about vulnerable loved ones can be harrowing. But because, for several difficult years now, you’ve been so helpful and so comprehensive and upfront with me about my concerns and my options, when it came time for me to make the big leap on behalf of my dad,
I didn’t have to leap blindly. I felt confident that I could rely on your expertise and judgment, and it turns out that you are not only on top of your profession, in our case you were inspired.

You never tried to push me or steer me, but you were right on to make it clear how much your tour of Autumn Grove had impressed you. Autumn Grove is indeed a bright and welcoming place, so fresh & CLEAN, and the Albasons are
indeed a special family, both as a team and individually. It’s clear they all share a deep-seated commitment to the high standards necessary to maintaining a high quality care facility. I’m leaving Elk Grove certain that even though I’ll soon be 500 miles away from my dad, I can exhale, knowing he’s now in good hands at Autumn Grove.

My two immutable goals for my dad have always been to keep him safe and to keep him happy, in equal measure. He was happy for years at his assisted living facility, but when it finally became clear that he was no longer safe there, I’m deeply grateful that I was able to turn to you for guidance. To see my dad now - so at home, looking so cared for and secure - and to feel assured that Autumn Grove will keep him safe and happy - that’s priceless.

Mark Wolff was an incredible support during a challenging and emotional time for our family. From the very beginning, he approached our situation with kindness, patience, and calm reassurance. Mark took the time to explain all of our senior care options clearly, and even personally accompanied me to tour several facilities, introducing me to the owners and care providers. His depth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine dedication to helping families truly sets him apart. Although we weren’t able to find an immediate solution, Mark's unwavering support and guidance made all the difference. I only wish we had found him sooner. Mark was so helpful in the process of finding a place for our Dad. He took the guess work out of a potentially daunting task. When it came time to move my dad to assisted living I looked for information on the internet and looked into a few. Most were very intrusive and even intimidating. I was lucky enough to continue looking and finally found Senior Care Authority and Mark Wolff. Mark took the time to really make the effort to get to know me and what my dad’s needs were. Mark then setup a tour of the facilities that met those needs on a date that fit our schedule. We were able to find a perfect fit for my dad in a that single afternoon. Mark supplied us with very detailed information on each of the facilities that made the choice even easier.

I was given the name of Mark Wolff at a Alzheimer’s support group meeting and I was told that he took people on tours to care facilities in our area and that he was very helpful in assisting a client in navigating all the steps to actually place a loved one in a care home. Within 3 days from our first conversation to the following day, Mark had arranged a tour of 4 board/care homes to consider placing my mother in while she was in the hospital from a fall. The same day of the tour I found the perfect place for her and on the following day she was released into the care of the owners and staff of the board/care. Mark Wolff was a guiding force to me during a very challenging time. He is knowledgeable, professional and dependable along with his team in helping people find the best care facility for their loved one.

We have worked with both Mark and Margo while locating care & housing for our 94-year-old mother. The 1st home was fine, but ended up not being an ideal match for my mother's particular needs. It happens. If it happens to you, do not be discouraged. We learned much during those 4 months, so when we needed to locate another home, Mark came through again, and with a perfect fit! I cannot say enough about how well he listened to our needs (much more finely tuned after several months in her 1st setting--live and learn), and then located an ideal home with a caring, experienced, and efficient staff. I was doubtful we could find such a place with the budget constraints we faced, but he seems to have worked a miracle. She is very happy in her new space and with her new friends. And we are very grateful to Mark. He will be 1st on our call list if we ever need any of the services he provides for any member of our family.
