I had a great time in New Orleans for the Labor Day weekend. Great location, the hotel is right there near Bourbon Street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Eric the luggage handler, is awesome, he treated us like royalty, he was very friendly and informative about the city. He told us where to go eat, where to get our daily passes for the Street car (railcar) and told us stories about New Orleans. He was our guide. We really enjoyed staying here at Crown Plaza. We will definitely be back again.

This is my first time staying off Canal street and I love it. This is also my first time staying at a Crowne Plaza and it is so beautiful. The service here is exceptional and the people here are so nice. For a group of girls enjoying a Bach Parade- we feel so safe.

Kyley was so accommodating and professional. I always helping with a smile and grace. Literally- she and her staff just made everything so easy.

Definitely would stay here again.

My stay at the Crowne Plaza in New Orleans has been wonderful so far! I especially want to recognize the gentleman who checked us in. His name was Charles! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

He happily switched our room to one with two beds without any hassle and even took the time to recommend a fun local event for us to enjoy tonight. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued from the moment we arrived.

Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you for making the start of our trip so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza in New Orleans while attending the Emancipatory Research Conference. From the moment I arrived, Kereece at the front desk made me feel welcome. She was professional, patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Throughout my stay, Kereece has consistently provided exceptional customer service with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. It’s employees like her who leave a lasting impression and make guests want to return.

The Crowne Plaza is fortunate to have Kereece on its team. She is truly a valuable asset to the hotel. Thank you for making my conference experience even better!

This was my first time going to New Orleans and my trip was amazing! The location was perfect and walking distance to a lot of places. I cannot say enough about the staff here! They were all so friendly, helpful and overall made me feel at home. No request was too big and they checked on me frequently to make sure my stay was going well. Ms. Keanti and Lex were both amazing! Their friendly disposition and willingness to help made me feel like I’ve known them for years! I can’t wait to come back.
